Shrimp Max of South Bend — Restaurant in South Bend

My husband and I ate at shrimp Max and it was our best meal that entire month and even though they mess up on my order they corrected immediately and then gave me my money back I cannot understand how some people can be so kind and generous but I love shrimp Max and sam in the owner are the best people in town I thanks for Max for making my meal that must enjoyable when they corrected or not I enjoyed myself dining in and carrying out I will eat there often and I asked everyone I recommend try shrimp Max on Western avenue in the Kroger's parking lot in South bend Indiana love you guys thanks for my food I'll be back...

I was a long time, loyal customer. Until recently, when I ordered the 25 piece honey BBQ, 2 other items and was charged 47.98. This same meal use to be $25 but with inflation everything is more. So I did the math and the owner stole $4.98 off my card. Sure, not a lot but it's MINE! Then had the audacity to get a attitude, like I did something wrong when confronting him. NEVER said I'm sorry. You lost a good customer! Watch your credit or debit cards...

Friendly service. Both meals were given without coleslaw. That was disappointing. Everything is fried. A little salty... Asked for Tilapia, received catfish. I would have given more stars if they hadn't have left out the coleslaw. That was extremely disappointing. That and giving me the wrong type of fish.. a would've given more stars if it weren't for that. I did like the portion size but I wish the fish came with a hush puppy....
