Starbucks — Restaurant in Indiana

Well I stopped to get coffee while heading to work overtime from being at work for 24 hours. It was roughly a few minutes past 7 am on a Sunday. I was the only one in there. There were two staff and a trainee. I pretty much order the same drink. A chocolate cream cold brew. I also ordered a blueberry scone. The scone was fine. But they took my order and one staff member was making drinks from online orders while the other staff member was making espresso for the trainee to sample to taste the difference. The staff making the drinks had made a few drinks for I’m assuming people there and one Togo order. I waited 10 minutes for my drink. I was the only person in the store. I don’t know how they run the staffing there but the other staff member didn’t seem to mind that I was waiting all good amount of time while she made espresso for the trainee. I think she made like 3-4 different shots for her. Needless to say once I got my drink I didn’t have time to wait and left. I did notice that she made my drink funny. Normally they put two pumps of vanilla with cold brew coffee then add ice and the chocolate foam for a medium drink. Well she put to much cold brew in it and dumped it out. They made my drink incorrectly which is super easy, it's a vanilla frap add Java chips with whip and chocolate drizzle. When I got my drink here the lady didn't add the drizzle and she gave me the end of the can wet foam for whip. I told her it wasn't correct she said to bad she's busy with other customers.. Okay fine I'll wait until they've gotten theirs. So I waited 15 minutes until the other customers were moved through and asked her again to remake it she still refused said there was nothing wrong with it. I told her what I ordered and I never took the drink off the waiting area this whole time and she still refused. After she refused multiple times I ended up taking the drink and leaving because I had to get to work. This is completely unacceptable and I won't...

Okay please don't throw tomatoes or skim milk lattes at me I love the atmosphere at Starbucks but I hate the prices I think they're way over the top and they keep getting pricier every year I don't understand why you have to pay $6 for a cup of coffee that you can get anywhere else for about a third of that price... their coffees to take home to brew yourself are really exceptional but why would I want to pay $20 for a pound of coffee I'm sorry I just think it's too much and so I stopped going there that's just us don't hate me LOL...
