Brooklyn Pizza and Sub — Restaurant in South Bend

Worst experience I've had in a long time from a restaurant. Ordered a pizza and had grubhub deliver it. First, my order was delayed. Then it was 52 minutes later than the earliest delivery time. Then, it was thin crust, when I ordered hand tossed. Then, it was sliced, when I ordered square cut. And the pizza was cold. And, to add insult to injury, they charged me a delivery fee, even though they didn't deliver the pizza! Grubhub did!!! Ill I will never order from them...

Placed order online, it said they are open until 10 pm today. Placed the order around 3 pm and it said pizza would be ready at 3:15. Went to pick up pizza and the open sign was on but the door was locked and half of the lights were on inside. Was not able to pick up the pizza after paying for it online, had to call the bank and cancel...

Seems like there never actually open at all first two times I ordered it was good. The third time I ordered online at 845 said it’d be ready by 930. And nothing started calling the store and then went and no one was there. Now I’m here again and the store says open and doors locked and no...
