Tonight I visited this Papa John’s location to pick up a door dash order and was very hurt and felt really disappointed by the service I received. Initially upon entering location I saw two workers present and after standing there for a few minutes I was able to catch eye contact with the delivery driver whom I asked very nicely if there was an order waiting for my DoorDash customer and received no response literally he looked at me and walked out the door. The remaining guy allowed me to say “excuse me” a dozen times and did not one time acknowledge my presence or respond to my question about the customers order. I was really confused so before the driver took off I stepped outside to ask the driver if he knows if there is an order waiting for said customer….. The driver responded with What???? I asked the question and his reply was that ask him “referring to older guy inside” he is the manager! Very rude and in a very demeaning manner. He then got in car and left. Shortly after going back into location to see if I can finally get a reply about the order I’ve been waiting on…… the manager continued to ignore me but when two men entered the location….. not only did he greet them but he handed them both their orders immediately! However continued to ignore my presence and act as if I didn’t exist! I mean literally not responding……no wait time……. No acknowledgement……Nothing! I mean literally guys I had to cancel the order due to this nonsense! I did record the entire incident and I will encourage everyone in the local area to choose another Papa John’s to order from! I never leave bad reviews that undeserving but no one deserves to be treated like that no matter their race and or gender. It’s been a very long time since I’ve experienced nastiness and straight out hate from an individual operating a business but I assure you I Will Never Eat and Order Papa John’s again! Sad thing is they had a very nice and clean location but the ppl who are running the business are going to run it straight into a hole with that kind of service! Please clean house immediately! Read moreI placed an order for pick up for two pizzas. I got a flat tire but by the time I logged in the order showed made. Was going to just put on a spare and go get it but there were issues so I needed to get some tools. So took a Lyft to pick up the pizzas. Didn't think to open them there as they read the order back and took my money. Anyway half of my pizza from one of the pies was missing. I called back and the manager said it was just him and he didn't eat it. I said there were 4 on duty when I was there cause one got you for help taking my cash. He laughed said okay and hung up. Called back said his name is oz but I doubt that was accurate. Cost me more for the Lyft there and back for the two pizzas. As my car is out of commission this was my plan to feed my family while I got it fixed. Times aren't exactly easy. So I wasted money on the Lyft and for food. I understand the pizza being older or sitting there as that wasn't your fault... But to to eat half the pizza and then laugh. Now I can't even trust the food I do have to be okay to serve my family. I have a serv safe certification but even without it if you work in food you could at least understand that what you are serving is something people are eating as a meal. I got robbed by you and all you did was laugh about it. Don't normally go to corporate or try and leave horrible reviews. I understand how hard it can be. But to not even care or try and give someone something they paid for I don't understand. I didn't call because the order said it was done and I understood that wasn't your fault. But if you were to think someone ordered and wasn't coming you could have at least called before eating half their pizza. And then to take my money look me in the eye and hand me one and a half pizzas. Now I know I can't eat them. So I paid you to eat my pizza and then charged myself a Lyft. I have never said anyone should be fired but I honestly hope there are serious changes. People should be able to trust that they are getting food they paid for made to food safety standards. Read moreI don't think I've ever had a good experience at this place. Every time I order the buffalo chicken pizza, it NEVER has the buffalo sauce, drivers have demaded cash payments from me even though I already paid with a card, and tonight, they brought me the wrong order. They had to make my order all over again and deliver it back to me. I called them soon after the driver left from the initial delivery just to find out when I could expect my pizza. They told me it was in the oven and would arrive in 30-40 minutes. Made sense. It only takes about 20 minutes to cook a pizza. 30 minutes wasn't too bad of a wait. Yeah... It didn't arrive until 2 hours after that call. Since it was "in the oven" when I called, it must have been sitting in a warmer for at least an hour. Except the pizza tasted fresh, meaning they probably didn't even prep the pizza until an hour after it was "in the oven." All in all, I had to wait 3 hours and 10 minutes before I got my order!!! I understand making mistakes on busy nights. I understand that accidents happen. But what I don't understand is how it took them 3 hours to get me my pizza!
