This is NOT the 1st time ordering here where my order was only dissatisfaction! But today I placed an online order. 1st off the manager called me directly because the lemon pepper chicken flavor i ordered, they were out of. So i chose another flavor chicken (garlic parmesan) Then the delivery driver left my food outside on the porch (in the cold) & when I went to grab it, I noticed my 8 piece chicken was NOT there. I call back &spoke to someone & explained I never even received my chicken (although im upset, it's not a surprise because I can't seem to receive a complete/accurate order) she apologized & said she was going to have the driver bring them back to me... ALMOST 2 HOURS LATER... THIS IS WHAT THEY DELIVERED TO ME... which clearly is the SAME CHICKEN. JUST STTING GETTING SOGGY AND NASTY.. I mean this is pure ballsy of you all to do. Completely disgusting and I'll drive across town before I ever order from this place again! #DoBetter #PizzaHut👎👎

He gave me a voucher for half of what I payed and when I got home pizza was cold, hard, not well cut, the bread sticks looked raw not cut and got 5 chicken wings instead of the 6 ordered. TERRIBLE PLACE, never again. Shame on you Pizzahut on Western ave South Bend.

Regardless, our pizza and breadsticks were perfectly baked! The crust was golden brown and still soft compared to other PH browning it more. They have sturdy paper plates upon request. We happily ate in the car after a very long day. I would go back because the food was so that delicious!

I called around noon to order food for a 2pm delivery and was told that she could not do later delivery unless I ordered online so I cancelled the order. I then ordered online and spent over $100 on pizza and wings. We had just moved to South Bend and I wanted to treat our friends to pizza and wings since they helped us move. I recieved the order with uncut breadsticks (never had that happen before, previous orders from the next town over (Elkhart) were always sliced for us). The pizzas were fine but the wings containers got smashed and leaked all over. I tried calling 3 stores to let them know what had happened and apparently no one knew who filled my order. The first store on S Bend Ave hung up on me without allowing me to speak to a manager and the next 2 stores were nice but said that they did not fill my order. First experience with the branches in SB was...

Okay, so I love their pizza.

Dislike the driver who delivered my pizza & KICKED MY dog & almost kicked my other dog

My dogs were not barking, just coming with me to get the pizza.

My dogs go to the park, hospital & Lowes & any store that allows pets & never had an issue

The driver said she was scared because she had been previously bitten by someone's dog.

That, however, did not excuse her behavior.

Pizza hut no longer has their own drivers & so my good did not even come in those isolated bags that help keep it warm.

They go through Uber Eats now.

I called to complain & they just put me on hold.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

& I know it was not Pizza huts staff, but their choice of using third party drivers was not the best.

I will NEVER order delivery AGAIN

ID RATHER GO TO LITTLE CESARS OR just pick up.
