KFC — Restaurant in South Bend

We placed our order at 8:39 P.M. and never received our food until 8:59. There was only one car in front of us, they finally pulled away, so we pulled up. It was about 8:48 at that time. I asked the drive up person why it is taking 12 to 15 minutes for 2 famous bowl meals. She vacated the window, took a few steps towards the inner store front and hollered out to her fellow co-workers ( Hey, this guy wants to know why it takes 12 to 15 minutes in a drive through), then came back and told me they were waiting for popcorn chicken. As my wife and I sat there waiting, we noticed at least 4 individuals just walking around slowly, joking with each other and not doing anything even remotely looking like they were working. We arrive at 8:05 pm with 2 children in the car. We order a chicken bowl mean and 2 major chicken sandwich box meals. We switched out what we didn't want for the chicken sandwich meal such n such and the employee agreed. After arriving at the second window we were not given what we ordered n said we ordered wrong. We drove back around ordered a large Mac n Cheese and biscuits because we "ordered wrong" after being told last minute. After getting home at finally 8:50 or so, our chicken sandwiches were spicy and we were not able to eat..idk about other families but the way my family is set up we're are not able to just head right back out and travel 15 minutes to fix a sandwich ... so we threw it away.
