First this location is the closest to my house and they are HARDLY ever open. But the day we did go, we wanted to eat inside, just to see that the lobby STILL isn't open, 3 years after the pandemic. Then since their lobby wasn't open my brother and I were doing two separate transactions (both paying for our own food) and the lady that took our order was like normally we don't do 2 separate transactions in the drive thru cause it racks up our time, which I understand as I use to work in fast food (but also we were legit the only ones in the drive thru line). But with the drive thru being the ONLY option, you may want to make sure your workers don't talk to their customers like that as it could turn away customers. Also you may want to make sure that if your workers are going to have their family in the restaurant while the lobby is closed that they may want to have them sit away from the windows by where the lobby entrance is so people don't get mad that the lobby isn't open but that their are people sitting inside. I understand hard times to where people have to bring their kids or what have you to work due to no babysitter, etc. But it doesn't look good having people in the lobby and then having the lobby doors locked for customers to come in. Secondly, we both ordered the breakfast crunch wraps and when we pulled out of the drive thru BOTH my brother and I got the breakfast burritos. Luckily they were with the kind of proteins we both wanted. I just dealt with it because after experiencing what I did I just wasn't wanting to need to go back and deal with them being mad about remaking both orders. Overall this location needs some help so the lobby can open back up and they need to be trained on better hospitality. This location isn't ever really that busy when I drive by, so maybe take the down time and teach your workers how to have better hospitality from...
Read moreBOTTOM LINE - DONT EAT HERE. This must be a great place to work - Poorly trained night staff that gets to blast rap music, take forever to make your food, and talk to people on their cell phones while they collect money through the drive through. Employees probably get away with just about anything at night time. (Honestly I wouldn't be surprised if the cashier is making food with his dirty money hands and no gloves. Just sayin.. thats the feeling I get)
The difference between drive thru food and instore food is.. You get more when you go inside. More meat, more cheese. It could be the difference between night and day staff also. One thing I do know is.. LATE NIGHT TACO BELL AT THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE. They just slap the $h*t together and as long as it has a little bit of everything on it it's good to go. For as long as it takes them to complete your order of 1 cheesey gordita crunch.. you would think that they were crafting a master piece of a taco fit for a king.. but NO, you get hollowed out shell lacking the proper amount of ingredients served to you instead. I think maybe they run out of stuff late at night and just get too lazy to make more meat or refill the cheese bin??? It's as if they were rationing the ingredients. (Better not give them too much cheese.. gotta make this last til 3am!!.. either that or they just don't care !!)
I'm FED UP. I was a secret shopper here just last week and ran an audit. I gave them a good review because the food I got inside at about 4pm was good. I wish it would have been a late night drive thru audit.. I would have gave them the poorest review possible. Returned my food because it had about a 1/4 scoop of meat on it tonight. FED UP !!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN EATING...
Read moreI had gone through the drive-through, and the lady that took my order was verbally short and rude to me, practically forcing me to order as quickly as possible even though there wasn't anyone behind me. When we got our food home, we found that our complete order was wrong. When I called to see if I could get it replaced she said to come back in that night but I wasn't able to and ask if I could come back the next day to get the order made right. She said fine and then hung up. Didn't ask for my name or answer my question as to if I needed to bring my receipt. The next day, I got there to get my replacement, and the lady on the front counter barely talked to me. Her attitude and body language were very off-putting. The drive-through lady did most of the transaction, but both ladies were verbally short and rude. The quality of food was very low as we had only ordered soft tacos, and the soft tortillas were old and hard. The fountain drinks were nothing but carbonated water, and the sweet tea wasn't even sweetened. The lobby was disgusting. The booths had food and crumbs all over, and the tables did as well. The floors were sticky and nasty. The lady that was working the front counter, I guess was on break because she came into the lobby and sat down and then proceeded to take her crocs off and put her feet up on the booth she was sitting at. Overall, it was a bad experience, and we will not be returning to this location. I wish I could rate it no stars, but I had to rate one in order to...
