Starbucks — Restaurant in South Bend

I ordered through mobile application. Walked in . Went to restroom, there is a code to enter. I called for a code , manager told me “you need to buy something first”.

She was very disrespectful and rude . I am customer of Starbucks for many years all across the country, on daily basis, I go to Starbucks one or twice. This is THE FIRST TIME for many years and many Starbucks locations that I experienced something like this . Worst experience I have ever had in a coffee shop. They like to kick out people who are trying to stay warm and the two female employees who did it did so with a smirk on their faces. When I went up to the lady as she was about to leave and asked if I could buy her coffee, one of the women tried to stop me and tell me that that was against their policy. Constantly have problems getting my order, correct when I come to this specific location. Other locations mess up from time to time, but this location messes up every single time. I’m done going to this location even when I say something in the speaker about my order previously being messed up and ask if they could please it is correct. I am just baffled.
