I ordered through mobile application. Walked in . Went to restroom, there is a code to enter. I called for a code , manager told me “you need to buy something first”.
She was very disrespectful and rude . I am customer of Starbucks for many years all across the country, on daily basis, I go to Starbucks one or twice.
