The Local Cup SB — Restaurant in South Bend

This is the type of place I think of when I think “Seattle style coffee.”

The first thing that greeted me was The lovely local live music that was playing. Afterwards, I got to meet the lovely Salem who proceeded to make an excellent recommendation of “sweet Sunday” which I paired quite well with a strawberry squirrel pastry! This is a place that it feels like it should be raining outside, it’s so cozy with it industrial look. The wonderful “pay it forward“ system something I’ve come to know as a neighbor’s account, allows you to do just a little bit of good while getting a little bit of caffeine. The place is happy and welcoming and warm with its neutral tones, Green walls, and feels like a little trip to Seattle. The conversation is flowing, and of course, the lovely Salem was doodling. I loved her style! The celebration of LGBTQ, people of color, and women enhanced the all our welcome vibe a little bit more. Thank goodness this place is so close to where I work, I will definitely be back...

Amazon concept and great product it's sad to see the few people who take such advantage of this place and yet they don't allow it to change there attitude or the way they work. By far though it is an amazing addition to the neighborhood and any place would be lucky to have something like this in there town. (To those of you who take advantage, shame on you. To the rest of us, please give when you can and accept when In need. This place can only continue to work if people do...

Fabulous fair-trade coffee. Pour over and cold brew options. Even their mochas are made with homemade chocolate sauce and whipped cream. A warm neighborhood vibe -- everyone in the coffee shop will say hi to you when you walk in, not just staff. I love this place! They are pay-it-forward so if you want, your coffee is covered...
