Every time that I have come here; no matter who it is on the speaker. They speak with the most unenthusiastic, unhappy, monotone voice when they take your order. This is the script every time "Can I help you..?", "Yep.", "Anything else..?", "Come on up.". Do you think it changes when you get to the window? No, it does not. They tell you the total without even a "hi" or "Good morning", they take your money, hand you your food and not say a single word as you leave.
I get that you may not be happy with your job. I don't know what you have going on in your life. Of course, its not my business. However, if you are working there, and you are over the age of 25, more than likely you are there to support yourself and possibly another human being; to pay rent, buy food, etc.. With that kind of importance, you would think you would put forth a little more effort to keep that job.

I pull up to order and she says with a snarky tone, âwhat do you want?â And I give her my first order and then she goes, âIs that all, please?â In the meanest way ever. I drive up to the window and she doesnât even greet me. She just rips my credit card out of my hand and then throws my food at me. Today I ordered off the mobile app and got to the window only to be told they couldn't make my frozen coffees because they didn't have the syrup. She was nice and offered a frozen hot chocolate instead or a regular coffee which is fine but I paid over ten dollars for two coffees that would've normally costed me five six bucks. And when I got my coffee back that was supposed to be an iced pumpkin regular cream extra pumpkin I got an iced version of what I ordered off the app. A gift card or a donut or something would've been nice to compensate for the money I lost but it's whatever.
