Long John Silver's — Restaurant in South Boston

I love Long John Silver's food. It is very hard to find this fast food seafood restaurant. When I do find it I am a very happy person. I was also so happy when I was greeted by two very friendly, kind and sweet staff members at this location on Halifax Street in South Boston, Virginia.

I wish I had gotten the names of the two workers to acknowledge how very nice and friendly they both were during my visit at 3:30 pm on Wednesday, 3-24-2021. It was so refreshing to have the guy who took my order and payment provide me with top shelf customer service.

I was also very pleased with the young lady who also provided top shelf customer service.

We stopped in for a snack at the South Boston location of Long John's. The young man working the counter was exceptional. I cannot remember when I have experienced such outstanding customer service! He was polite, friendly, efficient, accommodating, and he smiled the whole time. He wasn't wearing a name badge, but let me tell you, this kid deserves a raise! The restaurant and bathroom were both very clean. The service was quick, and the food was good. I had an order of cheese bites, that were not bad. God bless the crew working tonight. They were great. Greeted with smiles, orders were taken with care. The place was clean and inviting even after 8pm! I came with three children and was prepared to ask for extra plates so my children could share the combo, BUT they brought the combo to the table split in three little platters. They really took care of us tonight! I had no complaints! Not only was it my children and I, but also my husband and 3 other adults on the same order.
