Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Brunswick

On October 14 at 1:15 pm, I stopped at Dunkin to get some donuts, they have very limited varieties, I asked the young man, the only one was serving/working at that time, to get me 4 Boston Cream from the right try (there was two trays of Boston Cream, the right one looks better and fresh). He wanted to put everything on top of each other in a pepper bag and I said I need a small box so the donuts will stay in good shape when I get home. He was not happy with my request, but he got a small box and started to get the donuts from the try on the left which doesn’t look good or fresh like the other try. When I mentioned I need my order from the fresh try he started to have an attitude and grab a pepper bag to get me my order. At this time I realized that I am not getting what I want for my money due to very poor customer services. He kept insisting to ignore my requests and I apologize and left without getting what I wanted. I am very disappointed and I will think twice before going...

PROs - location , service was ok , restrooms CONs - coffee taste not consistent

Good location. Dropped by this Dunkin today when in Monmouth jn. Had ordered a latte with extra shot of espresso, but the latte tasted less “coffee’ish” .. that too with an extra shot it really didn’t taste like dark coffee. Even the regular coffee isn’t consistent . Some days it’s good and some days it’s really watery .

Hashbrowns were ok. Nice and crispy .. service was awesome .. the guy making hashbrowns etc was so quick . Hardwork but he.made it look so easy . Kudos to him. This is my stop for my morning pick me up often the customer service is great especially when you're a regular customer. I've been going to this location for about 6 years now and it's almost like a second home. The gm is cool and the employees are just as great.. I've never had any issues or problems with this store so I'm gonna definitely recommend this spot for sure.
