Giuseppe Pizzeria and Restaurant — Restaurant in South Brunswick

I would warn everyone to steer clear of this place. I had a horrible experience with them they not only provided very bad customer service but they padded the bill. I called and asked for a delivery at 9:30 a nite order a medium "works" pizza which is listed on there menu for $16.50, a small salad, and an apple juice. When the order arrived it was a medium works pizza, a large salad, and an orange juice. The bill was $35.00. I told the driver the bill was incorrect and he said he was just the driver. He took my money (the $24 plus $3 tip) and left. I proceeded to call the restaurant on their main number and fax number for 30 minutes straight and no one answered. Next thing I know the police are at my door saying I owed them $8. I explained the situation and showed him the entire uneaten order and he called the restaurant with the driver next to him and explained they messed up. The next morning I called to complain to the owner and he yelled at me and claimed he tried to call me and said I should not have accepted the order and threatened to call the police on me if I called them again. The owner as it turns out was the one who took the order, got it wrong, then called the police on me. Steer clear of this place it's not worth the trouble. You'd be better of calling Dusal's where they always get the...

Giuseppe‘s was horrible the service was horrible the waiter was rude and racist we were there with our children and a baby and the waiter was making faces at my husband behind his back ..the owner of the restaurant told us to leave and he would not standby us what we were saying was happening ...so we will never go back there and I told all my friends not to go there ... even the company that I work fori told everybody never to go into this place and they’re not !!! I told them don’t bother. I think that was rude to treat a family like this it was unacceptable how his waiter was treating people .. he’s probably on some it look like he was angry and maybe high ..There’s something wrong with all of those people over there!! They are never nice never friendly just unacceptable how they would treat a family , so now we go to Capriccio’s it’s better , better pizza better service, better food , don’t even go to Juisepies you’ll be sorry.. I don’t even see police going in there any more !!! police are all In Capriccio’s, lol So there you go !!!!even the police won’t eat over there !!!don’t go to Guiseppe’s you’ll be sorry!!

Called at 10:45 am to place a noon delivery lunch order for a meeting. I called at 12:15 to ask where order was , since I had a conference room full of hungry people, I was told delivery drivers were out with delivery. Called back at 12:30 now I was being told, that they were suddenly busy, they had 200 people walk in , line was out the door, " we are working to our limits" , here's the kicker, "your pizza just came out of the oven, as soon as one of our drivers returns we will send it over". 1 PM I get a call from security that pizza has arrived, when I go downstairs, no delivery driver in sight, security is nice enough to tell me they just left pizza in lobby and were no to friendly about it either. They didn't even leave my receipt, had to call to get a copy emailed , was asked if I could stop by and pick it up? The poorest customer service I have experienced in a long time, pizza was a 1.7 out of 5. Needless to say won't go...
