Arby's — Restaurant in South Carolina

I usually wouldn't write a review because I'm generally an understanding person. With that being said, I've visited this location on a few different occasions. Both night and day times. My experience during the day is awful, they seem to have a lot of people during it, but the quality, as well as the time it takes to receive the food is awful. If you're going to give older food, at least you can get it out in a timely fashion. I by no means have high standards, which leads me to my next comment on this location. The few times I've came in at night for a quick bite, they were poorly staffed. I can tell because there was a manager who still found the time to treat me with respect while trying to maintain order as well as doing two positions at the same time. You could tell he was pushing himself to the limit to satisfy the customers as well as his company. I believe his name was something with "Ber" if I return I'll definitely find out his name, and it'll only be during the night hours. I hope this restaurant can become as I remember other...

I was happy about having some different options nearby, but I've been very disappointed in my experience. Last week I stopped by for the 1st time & ordered the Bourbon BBQ Stack meal ($10), but when I got home & opened the wrapper, it was just roast beef, some straw onions & bbq (I think the $7 version of the meal)... mind you, it was in the BBQ Stack wrapper - so they should have known it was made incorrectly. Today, my mom & I decided to try them again & again she has the wrong sandwich. Also, while we were trying to order all the computers crashed, just after they took my mom's card & after spending 20min trying to get them back up they were just like "sorry"... mind you, we waited 20 min! My mom has her meal but I had to go get my roast beef sandwiches from the Hardee's up the street. I understand they are new & working out the bugs, but I have no more time or money to waste while they play at business. Hopefully in a few months they'll get...

This establishment didn’t forget any of my order but I showed up an hour and a half before they close and they made sure you knew they were ready to go. They left the meet cutter on and unattended and when I looked the employee came to the window and slammed it in my face. The food I got was cold and prepared sloppily. I tried to order milkshakes and before I could even finish what I was saying the person handling the drive thru yelled that the machine was down as if I asked him 100 times. Rude customer service and terrible management for anyone to be able to act like that. STOP HIRING KIDS. That’s something that should be noted to most restaurants.
