Arby's — Restaurant in South Carolina

This new Arby’s in Chapin has got to step up their game or you will be out of business. Love Arby’s on Lake Murray Blvd. Go there to see how to do it right. First time at Chapin Arby’s, old, cold fries, hardly any meat on Reuben. We decided to give it another try about a month later.... even worse.... bun burned on roast beef, even less meat on Reuben. We’re not going back. Sad because we were planning on eating there often. We Arby’s, but not all of them, consistency is key. Every Chick-Fil-A you go to is consistently good. One Arby’s can be awesome and another be horrible. Step it up or you’ll be out soon. Sorry but it’s true.

Well, gave it a second try sat sep 15 2021. Ordered 2 sweet teas, medium. I took two sips of mine, my husband took one sip of his. We poured BOTH medium teas down the drain. The tea was awful. Not sweet enough and tasted stale and soured as if it had sat out all day. Get it together or you will be going out...

This was a tee total different experience from last time. As soon as we walk through the door the guy that was taking orders demanded our order just like being in a Drive-Thru. We asked could we please take a moment to look at the menu. So he walked off and came back with a much better attitude. We placed our orders and received them quickly and correct. We had trouble finding a place to sit. Only one other person in the place eating in, but all of the of places to sit tables and chairs were not clean at all. I just cleaned a table and chairs, so we could have a place to sit and eat. By then our food was cold. Don't really know if we got it that way or it just became cold from doing the cleaning. We just ate what we could and left. Won't be...

Arby's television commercials have been TEMPTING my tastebuds since I had breastc cancer surgery 🌷🎀 three weeks ago......so, we indulged MY request. ARBY'S REUBEN is better than MY REUBEN and there's no mess to clean up....lol ( OH, MY Reuben jams, btw !!!)

The hubby got his usual---BEEF-n-CHEDDAR. As it HAS BEEN his go-to for more than thirty years, it remains TOP o' -the- LIST.

We even got a fish sandwich to go for our WHITE/YELLOW LAB. She GOBBLED hers down in four big bites.🐟🍔🐕 No complaints from HER either!

And, one more thing.....the restaurant was immaculate from top to bottom and inside AND outside.
