I ordered shrimp general Taos and extra fried rice to go with it. I made this order over the phone. The lady repeated the order back to me and it was confirmed. For reference I am a Muslim and I cannot eat the chicken. After I came home and made the plates of food we realized it was chicken. We called the place back but they were already closed so instead we waited till the morning and we called them. When we called this morning the lady over the phone said bring the food back and she'll just refund us. We went to the place and gave the lady the bag of food we did not eat. After we had already left we realized the lady gave us the wrong amount of money. She gave us $15 dollars back and when we brung it to her attention that they took $25 from us the night before she refused to give us the rest of our money and kept hanging up on...

First I'd like to actually give no stars. My order was incorrect. Upon calling back after getting home, they informed me they could do nothing to fix the issue since the manager was not in. After arguing with them on the phone and driving all the way back since they don't use there own delivery service, they said that i could get new food (the food i ordered originally) or get a refund for the one meal and no food. And refused to refire the other meals that were now getting cold while they made a new meal that they incorrectly made to begin with. And still refuse to discount, give credit or give a coupon let alone an apology. Absolutely poor customer service. The two meals and an app was $30. The rice for my meal was extra money which was just plain fried rice, and not that great either. I will never order...
