We only recently started ordering from the Lake Wylie store. Out of numerous attempts to use the contactless delivery option, Iāve only received this service a couple of times and have had to go into the store or meet someone at the door the other times. On this visit I arrived about 20 minutes after I placed my order and checked in using the email I was sent and also called the store. I was told that the order was not ready. After being parked in front of the store for about 10 minutes I pulled into the parking centerās parking lot and exited my vehicle. There was a line outside the door of unmasked people waiting for orders. There was also a sign stating that there was a limit of 1 customer in the store at a time, but there were actually 4 customers (some without masks) in the store. Not wanting to go in to the store I called again and said that I was trying once again to get my order. They sent an employee to the door with my order. We will wont be ordering from this store for a while.
December, 2021 - Updating this review. It seems like this location has turned a corner. After taking a break from ordering from this location for almost a year we tested the waters a few times. So far weāve found a professional team working in the store that was polite, friendly, and courteous. Maybe the message got through. We only do carry out so I canāt comment on delivery service. But I wanted to be fair and recognize the improvements...

After 8 hang ups manager finally answered to say he was looking to see what happened to my order. Driver forgot it and he would put in another one but it would be 45+ mins. I asked why no one called and he said they were too busy to deal with me while watching pizzas come out. I asked for a refund and order cancel due to not wanting to wait another 45mins (after original hour and half) he pretended not to hear me and hung up. We drove to store and found manager in the car smoking (who knows what because it didnāt smell of cigarettes). He admitted to ignoring my previous calls, was rude even pointing his finger in my face. The cashier was rude and refused to give me a corporate number or other manager contacts. Then another girl came from the back to be rude as well. A simple phone call to say hey we are behind, short staffed, or driver forgot your order would have been enough for us to wait patiently but instead I was hung up on, cussed at, and dealt with fingers in my face. This was horrific customer service and not one of those 3 employees should work in the public. Will never return to this store. Iāll drive to another location or order delivery elsewhere...

Every time you walk in there she has an attitude and acts like sheās miserable making everyone else around her miserable. When you walk in sheās always on a personal calls telling her business to the world to the world and thereās always long wait time whether youāre a customer or delivery driver. Iāve walked into Pizza Hut multiple times and caught her talking rude and down on her employees and the employees just take it because they need jobs. If the district manager or anyone higher up reads this because I already know that (old grumpy lady) the store manager will read it please fire her because that old grumpy lady is not people person and she doesnāt need to be working with the public at all. Please old grumpy lady apologize to your employees and start appreciating them for the work they do and stop being rude to everyone that walks in the door. Customer service will get you a long way in this...
