Always delicious, never had a bad experience and will return again and again! Staff is friendly and courteous. Wait times are reasonable for such quality, fresh food. Love, love, love!!
So, it’s a couple of years later and I’ve had not one, but two horrible experiences here. I don’t know what’s happened with their establishment since our many enjoyable, delicious visits not so long ago. But for the latest trip this past Saturday afternoon, which had been months after my first bad one (rancid crab rangoon), there was no line at the drive-thru and it was well before their busy times. I ordered Crab Rangoon, and two dinner plates, one combo of chicken & beef with the fillet upgrade and one order of shrimp with shrimp sauce. I’ve attached pictures so y’all can see what was given to us for our order. The chicken was dry, somewhat burnt and tasteless. The beef filet was stringy, dry and burnt. Carrots were either mushy or burnt and mushy, rice was tasteless as well and extremely dried out. Shrimp was stringy and dry and our Rangoons were burnt to a crisp with extremely dry filling inside. Read moreI work 3rd shift and wanted to pick up some food on my way into work. I didn’t realize they closed at 8:45. When I arrived I saw 8 or more cars in the parking lot and one car in the drive thru. When I got to the door I saw the sign that they close at 8:45. I thought ok it’s now 8:38 I have a few minutes I’m getting it to go anyways because I’m on my way to work. When I walk in I notice know body inside and one person behind the counter. She looks up at me and says we’re closed. I said your sign says 8:45 where she said no it’s 8:40. I looked back at my watch and said even still it’s 8:38. She said were closed. I said you guys can’t make a to go order in 7 minutes. She said we’re done for the night. I said this is ridiculous I’ll be back to speak to someone. I understand if I was dining in but you advertise that your open until a certain time you serve everyone until that time. I’m experiencing to many places these days where these young lazy entitled kids have no work ethics or customer service. Teach your employees customer service. Read moreHorrible Went on a Saturday afternoon, Family of 5 with one of those a child. Were told they were short staffed. We hear that a lot right now and thought nothing of it. We order and sit and wait. We did order drinks but did not get them during the wait (I assume so you can't get refills). There were 5 cars in drive through and 3 tables/people inside including my family. We saw others get food and cars leave. We were polite and waited 45 min before I checked on the food. They said they lost the order. I asked for a refund and they refused. They will just make it now. The person taking orders was never taught how to give a refund. The owners would not pick up the phone. I asked for the owners number since they did not answer here and was told no. If I own a business I would want customers having my number if there was an issue.Even when the person taking orders did get a hold of somebody they still didn't want to give me my money back. So I felt hostage by this situation. Finally after around 10 min on the phone they were able to give me a cash refund(I paid with card). I left my number for the owners to call and got nothing.
