Bojangles' — Restaurant in South Carolina

So visited this location today 7-9-2022 . The manager ( Jarrod or Jarrett wasn't very forthcoming) blatantly misrepresented the truth. While the order itself was not complicated and not a outrageous request, I asked for a Bo Chicken sandwich on a plain biscuit. I have in fact ordered this very thing at this location previously and they have only been open a month or so. He then told me there was no way they could accommodate this request even though I stated clearly if there was an upcharge I was fine with it. He then restated in an agitated tone that they Can't do this under any circumstance. I said ok I will take my business elsewhere. He responded with " OK" not that I was surprised. So I then traveled approximately one mile to yet another Bojangles walked in and made the same request. The staff made it right away and with no upcharge or denials. I then inquired if this was not something they are not " allowed " or capable of offering the customer. The manager ( didn't get her name) said it was a simple substitution and that it should not be an issue at any of their locations. I thanked them and left. I have the receipt that I did in fact get exactly what I ordered the way I requested so I am very disappointed with the manager at the Spears Creek location for either lying or being flat out unwilling to honor such a simple request that is obviously within their ability. I didn't ask for them to make me sushi at the chicken fast food place. I simply asked the bun be replaced with a biscuit and was given a false and honestly rude response and ultimately I believe they would benefit from further training. This is the sad result of a labor shortage as people have very little idea of customer service. I know there are many unreasonable requests they receive I'm sure, this was not one and I had gotten that exact item at this exact location in the past. In fact the female manager showed the staff at this location how to ring it up when I was there before and she was super nice as well in general. Shame she isn't able to be there all the time. We ordered a BoBox (comes with a half gallon of tea) and was told they didn't have unsweet tea. I said I didn't mind waiting for them to make more. I was told they didn't have anymore. I asked if I could sub bottled water. They were out. We don't drink sweet tea, so I asked what we could have instead. I was told nothing. So we were SOL. I was told to pull up to wait for my order, but no one was behind me. Thought that was odd because as soon as I pulled up, a girl brought the order out. We ordered several picnic size sides. We got all individual sides. The chicken was obviously cooked in old dark grease, and the biscuits weren't fresh at all. It's a drive thru only place, and all we saw were teenagers working. I think it's great young people are working, but they need guidance and management. It didn't look like there were any adults managing, but they may have been out of view. I just had to make a review.. I don't do this specially after one visit.. It's been a consistent miss on the food.. It doesn't matter morning shift or evening... Sometimes I get okay food.. sometimes it's bad.. My order has been wrong a few times.. But I'm usually hungry and don't want to go thru the aggravation of making a call or riding back.. Well today 7/4 2023. I made a order. Drink was good sandwich was good. The fries.. HORRIBLE!!..There is a big difference in fresh fries. And fries that taste like the came out the microwave.. I can't say for sure the fries came directly out the microwave because I didn't see it. But I'm 100% sure the fries was not fresh.. If you can't cook. Please stay out of the kitchen.. don't ruin a company name by one store lack of effort, and experience.. I go to different stores often.. it's just this store lets me down so bad... For it to be a brand new store and this bad.. come on.. please get...
