The food is good, if you receive it... But if you encounter an issue, even multiple times in a row, there's no customer service. At the beginning of the month we ordered $100 worth of food through Grubhub, only 1 of the main courses ended up delivered. There was no communication on that.
Everyone has an off day, so at the end of this month we ordered another $100 order. This second time, the order was missing the appetizer, a dessert, 1 of the main courses, and we were charged 2.5x for an item. Again there was no communication on this, so I called the restaurant.
A woman, who identified herself as the Owner, seemed like she was already prepared for my call. I have only been speaking with the person who answered the phone for about 60 seconds when this woman took the phone from them in the middle of speaking. She stated that she had been on the phone with Grubhub for 30mins regarding how the restaurant was out of gluten-free menu items and that they would be unable to fill those items. However, I’m not sure what she was referencing as our order did not contain any gluten-free items and she was not identifying all of the items on our order. (Maybe a different order was also missing?)
She further stated that she had seen on our receipt that Grubhub had already provided a discount to our order for this issue, which was not true. I explained that I used a promo code on this order when I placed it, which is why it was on the receipt. Moreover that this promo code was what Grubhub gave me from the previous time this restaurant delivered only half of our meal earlier this month.
Despite failing to provide full orders and/or communicate an issue to the phone number listed on the order, twice in a row, when this was brought to her attention the Owner did not attempt to offer any solutions or resolutions for how half of the family could still have dinner this evening. She only repeated “I’m sorry, we’re doing our best” several times. This approach to customer service could certainly use some improvement particularly at these price...

After sitting at a broken booth that moved every time the person on the other side moved we had to relocate to another table. There were multiple menus on the table. My husband and I both picked up the one in color because it was easier to read. The food was good but portions have been cut down tremendously. But the big kicker was when the check came and we were charged more than expected. When I went up front to pay, I told the cashier we had been charged incorrectly and showed her our check along with the menu we ordered from. She said she would have to get her manager. The manager/owner came up and I showed her the menu and our bill and she immediately got defensive and said that their prices had changed and that is why there are multiple menus on the table. She said the one I used had the old prices on it. I explained that I didn’t care which one was right or wrong I just wanted to pay what I expected to pay to which she replied she can’t change the computer and there’s nothing she can do. Have you EVER been somewhere that you were asked to pay a different price for something after the fact? I was shocked how rudely we were treated. I will never step foot in there again and I would caution anyone who goes to this establishment to be sure to ask for the “real” menu...

(I stopped going after I noticed the toppings were getting somewhat scarce, it has been a year or so since my last visit and it seemed reoccurring as the first time I noticed I put it off to maybe a bad night or something, but the second time just threw me off entirely considering the prices, im gonna add a 🌟 because you guys food in the past was always awesome, and im not sure of the reasonings as to why the toppings were scare on two separate visits but we were going through over 2 years of unexpected COVID and I know how it affected mom and pop shops extremely, I will give you guys another chance in the near future and im hoping for those tasty memories I used to have dining with u guys to resurface...
