Have always had a decent experience until today. The lady (Undria is her name per the receipt) came on the microphone and asked what I wanted (had an attitude from the start) and I said 6 doughnuts and she ask what kind. I told her cake batter and 2 others to start and she ask me to repeat so I told her again and I asked for another flavor for my fourth. I couldn’t remember how many I ordered after going back and forth with her and I asked her how many I had left and she said how many did you order in the first place and I told her 6 and she said 4 and I said well I already ordered these and she said we don’t have cake batter. I said okay well you didn’t mention that and her response was “well I just did” very rudely. A few more things were said before she stopped talking and said “bye” to me before I even finished my order. I pull up to the window and she looks at me and would not come to the window so I sat there and the manager came over and asked for my order and pretended like nothing ever happened and I said asked her if she heard the girl speak to me that way and she shook her head like she’s dealt with that before and I told her I will be calling corporate. The manager never apologized for the girl and instead gave me three free doughnuts which I didn’t want or need and hardly said 2 words. I have never ever been disrespected like I have today by this girl and can’t believe she had the nerve to tell me bye at the window before even completing my order & then wouldn’t come to the window. If you don’t like your job and can’t have enough respect for customers regardless of how bad your day has been, don’t work in retail/fast Food. Do us all a favor and keep your disrespectful...
Read moreGot What I Paid For But Not What I Wanted. I went there last night with my boyfriend and a friend. The line inside the place was long so we decided to go through the drive through instead. When I get to the sign to order, the man on the other side asked me if I could hold on for a bit. Of course I understand why, so I tell him yes. He comes back maybe 5 minutes later and tell me he need me to hold on for just a bit longer. I tell him it's not problem and he leaves again. Another 5 minutes later he comes back. I give him my order of:
10ct Doughnut Holes about $2 1 Strawberry Iced Doughnut with Sprinkles about $1.50 1 Frozen Mocha Frap about $2
This would be about $6 total. He asks me several times to repeat my order and I did. He tells me he'll give me my total at the window. I drive up, I give him my card to pay, he hands me back my card and a giant box of doughnuts. A little confused about my drink missing, I stay there while he ignores me sitting there. He opens the window back up and I ask him about my drink. He hands me the drink, and the strawberry iced doughnut. I've never been here before so I assumed that the doughnut holes were in the box. Wrong! It was a dozen doughnuts. I look at the receipt and see he changed me $10+ for the dozen doughnuts, but not for my actual order. My boyfriend tries his drink and it doesn't taste like mocha at all. The doughnuts were good, but the service...
Read moreKrispy Kreme just ended a Lemon donut promotion. Widely advertised ...heavily discussed on social media and evidently enjoyed by many.
Not me. Not my family. Not some of my friends.
I went everyday to my local shop at 1215-B Woodruff Road, Greenville, SC 29607, to make a purchase. Twice on three different days, until the promotion offer ended. Never got one of these donuts.
Every time I tried the response was to return later. They were sold out and not making anymore till a certain time, usually an hour, to an hour and a half in the future. But, I never even saw one of the Lemon promo donuts in the shop or spoke to a single person that was able to make a purchase.
The last attempt was on a Sunday. I went inside and stood in line. A customer before me was told to return for the donuts in one hour. I turned and returned to my car, but was rebuffed by my wife. She didn’t believe it...all week long, no donuts. I returned to be told that my wait would be for an hour and one half for a new batch to be made.
Really? A big time promo and then nothing? It’s not like the local story was surprised to having the sale begin…. A big, permanent disappointment….
This is not good business practice. So, there are at least a dozen people in my social circles, including me, that will probably not return to this store, or even to Krispy...
