Went there for lunch today, never been there before. I asked the bartender what was good and she told me just about everything is good! Nice! Ordered the blackened chicken fettucine alfredo. No big deal but I always hate when the salad gets served at the same time as the meal. As in other reviews everything came out in foil or plastic containers. The salad was nothing special but the main meal was something else. First, the bread roll that came with it was sitting in a pool of butter in the alfredo and it was way to dry to eat. I know, that doesnt even make sense... The "blackened" chicken wasnt blackened and it was so dry that it fell apart when I tried putting a fork through it. Not like a shredded chicken but more like a chicken chip if that makes sense. Not edible. I took out the chicken and set aside thinking the bartender would ask about the food and I figured I would just eat the alfredo and be done with it. I couldnt even finish it, not that the sauce was bad but because I just lost my appetite. She did come by and ask how I was but didnt ask how the food was. Read moreI drove 10miles to Carmello’s South Tryon Location for a large Antipasto salad an pizza last night…. Returned home to find a dead fly in my salad…. Called them only to have my concerned shrugged off by the worker answering the call (not to mention the cooks/servers had their phones in hand while working and serving food while i was there run ur cameras around 8:58-9pm near the pizza stove) as if it was ok and no manager was available except tge bar manager who refused to take the call i was told to send a pic if my food i did…. I was told “ all u can do Is bring it tomorrow we closing” now this is no way u speak to a customer whom has just consumed food that’s possibly invested with bugs!! I contacted the fort mill location spoke with the bar tender who listened & apologized!!!!!!! Told me she would leave her manager a message and send Jim the owner a message as well… here it is the next day & I haven’t heard from anyone!!!! Ive called all 3 locations and NO ONE IS AVAILABLE TO SPEAK WITH ME!! Ill take my fly invested salad to the health department !! Here i am trying to give them the benefit of the doubt and fix the issue & no one gives a dam!!

Read moreI had a very bad experience today.,The girl at the counter today messed up my order. I asked for white cheese and no lettuce or tomatoes on my tuna sub however when I got there yellow cheese was on my sub. She apologized and said she told them white cheese and asked me to give them a few minutes to fix it. I waited 15 min for them to fix my order again and this time they put lettuce on the sub. At that point I was upset I asked to speak with the manager and the girl that initially took my order explained what happened to the manager in Spanish. The manager then asked me what happened and I told her, then the manager came back and said the girl that took my order said I didn’t ask for lettuce or white cheese over the phone, but they didn’t have lettuce on the sub the first time and the girl told me that she told them to “put white cheese”???The manager said she would have them fix it again but the energy was off and on top of that I had already been there for 15 min plus so I told her to give me a refund.
