A really nice host set the tone greeting us as we entered. We were seated promptly. The restaurant was nice and clean with soft music playing in the background. We ordered the sirloin steak. They were very tasty, but you may consider ordering it slightly less cooked than you normally eat it. You should note that the house seasoning has a "lemony" flavor. I'm not a huge lemon fan so I'll ask that it's left of next visit. Out waitress, Deanne, was a treat. She was extremely nice and friendly. We received the wrong pasta and she had it replaced in minutes. She told us they were running a special that allowed us to order another entree for only $10 each to take home with us! I took one star off of my food rating, but gave them the benefit of the doubt given our take-home steaks (pictured) look amazing and I had the seasoning left off. We'll be back! Update: Visited again 1/27/24. Kayden & Brendan were our servers. They were very kind and attentive. Answered our questions and checked on us regularly. Keep up the good work! Grilled pork chops were a little dry for me, but that's my fault for asking that they be cooked medium instead of medium rare. Everything else was very good!

Wow! Wow! Wow! There are a lot of chain restaurants out there that don't really give me a memorable experience. They are good but rarely make an impression. That is not the case here. I was promptly greeted at the door and seated. My server Chenelle came to the table after allowing me a few moments with the menu so I could look over the drink options. When I asked her about the latte on the menu she was knowledgeable and helpful. She brought my drinks to me quickly and never let them get empty. She also brought a small ramekin of pasta for my order of minestrone soup, without me requesting them. It turned out I didn't need them anyway because the soup was filled with large chunks of potatoes and vegetables. Really no room for the pasta anyway. The broth of the soup was flavorful and filling. I could not have been more surprised by the excellent level of service I received during my visit. Chenelle was friendly and we ended up having a lovely conversation. I would absolutely return to this Carrabba's on my next trip to Murrells Inlet.

This was one of the absolute most horrible restaurant experiences I have had in a long time and the absolute WORST Carrabbas we’ve ever been to. We were so looking forward to this dinner bc we don’t have a Carrabbas in our hometown. Also I have cancer and get chemo so rarely can I eat most days. We waited almost THREE hours from start to finish only to be served inedible, raw and undercooked shrimp (see photo) and tasteless pasta. I will say that our server Deanna did her job as best as she could and felt bad for what was happening to us and kept apologizing. She informed the manager. - and the fact he never once made an appearance at our table to apologize speaks volumes for his professionalism. The hostesses are incompetent at best, ignoring the call ahead seating list and seating anyone who walks in ahead of the call in list and acting like they were absolutely clueless. We love Carrabbas but would highly advice you to stay far away from this location. What an absolute and total failure of a dinner and evening.

This was our very first time eating here and we had such a great experience. The waitress was so sweet and attentive. My drink was never empty for more than a minute and I drank three full glasses of their incredible sweet tea. It wasn't overly sweet which is perfect! It was my birthday and we had an outback gift card which they were able to accept. The low lighting is always a plus for me, the decor was nice and everything was clean and upscale. We got fresh bread and oil with herbs at our table which were very good. You can tell the olive oil is high quality and I love that they have some on every table, such a nice touch! We ordered the appetizer with the mozzarella, calamari, and stuffed mushrooms. The mozzarella sticks were amazing and I love the chunky marinara sauce. The mushrooms were just ok to me. I prefer a more mild flavored filling, this was very much a breakfast sausage type filling. The calamari was good but very peppery and I wish it had a sauce with it. When I go again I will only get the mozzarella sticks. My husband got the lasagna and he loved it! He is very picky about sauce but he said this sauce was robust and full of flavor. I got the shrimp and scallop a la vodka and it was incredible. There were only a couple scallops on the plate but they were cooked to perfection. The shrimp also had a ton of flavor and the sauce and pasta were amazing. We also had a soup and salad, both of which were good. My husband said the chicken soup had a bit of a kick to it but he thinks black pepper is spicy so do with that what you will. We ended out meal with the cannolis and asked if they could put a candle in it. They were kind enough to do this for us and they even took the cannolis off the bill which was so unexpected and really kind. The cannolis were very good! They are the first I've ever had but my Italian husband said that these were good and he has had plenty in his life. Our bill came out to about $75 which was expected. We ended up with three to go boxes which they kindly gave us a bag for. I don't have one single bad thing to say about this experience. This is by far better than olive garden with better food, service, and atmosphere. It's a no brainer for me, this will be our new Italian...

We are locals who visit the Murrells Inlet, Carabbas frequently but on our last visit we had many issues that were not addressed. We were there to celebrate a birthday for one of our family members who is always ecstatic to eat here. We dined in on July 13th as a party of 7 around 6pm we started the evening ordering a few appetizers we attempted to order the zucchini app which they came out and informed us it was unavailable after we had already placed the order and drinks and placed all of our entrees at around 6:50. Originally 2 of our entrees were ordered with the grilled vegetables our server came out about 15 minutes later to let us know those were no longer available so they changed the order to the broccoli and another 15 minutes passed and she came back to inform us those were also not available, we understand things happen but none of this was relayed to us in a timely manner in the beginning of us trying to order. We changed the sides again and our food was not delivered to the table till about 7:55-8 and many tables around us were dealing with the same situation with no communication from management to check on the tables around. Once dinner came to the table the chicken entree was cold and the asparagus was cold and burnt. The steak entree was over cooked. We also took opportunity of the promotion going on to get the $10 to go orders which took another 45 minutes to come out and once we received the bill they charged $18 for the to go order and charged for multiple premium sides (the vegetables that were not available), we attempted to speak with management but they were not available at the time and so we called the next morning and all they said was “I was not the manager working yesterday but come back and try us again sometime”. Very disappointing for a restaurant we usually love and try to...

I usually love this restaurant and receive good service. But i experienced the worst hospitality i’ve ever received from a restaurant today. We waited forty minutes for our wine, and had to be asked 3 times what drinks we got. We also had to tell our server we are supposed to get salads with our entree, and she came back ten minutes later to ask what entree we got again. We still received our salads before our drinks. We then overheard the hostess telling the table behind us that the server was new and the machines weren’t working. Keep in mind we had been in here for an hour and no one had informed us on anything. I flagged down the hostess who then told us what was happening and then asked what we ordered AGAIN. We also wanted to order to go food and told the server/hostess three times and no one came back to take the order. I then had to flag down another waitress to take that order for us. During all of this the server never checked up on us unless we were flagging her down. Also the manager was apologizing to the table behind us and offered to comp their drinks, give them free appetizers and desserts, and not once did a manager even check on us and we paid for everything. The food runners and other servers seemed to be doing more for our section than our server or the manager. Do not know if I will be returning considering we...
