I HOPE THIS REVIEW SAVES PEOPLE FROM VISITONG THIS HORRID/RUDE ESTABLISHMENT…IF THIS REVIEW SAVES JUST ONE PERSON OR FAMILY FROM GOING THAN IT HAS SERVED ITS PURPOSE!!!!!!!!……..Showed up here on Mother’s Day and yes before everyone gets all upset I fully understand that Mother’s Day is a very busy day. We sit down immediately that’s where the good part of this visit ends. Again we understood it was Mother’s Day and that the service would be a little slower. Our coffee/tea and juice come out a 15 min after we ordered … keep in mind this is 3 black coffees (they brew one pot and leave at the table)1 orange juice, 1 apple juice, 1 unsweetened iced tea, one green tea and one soda water so it is not like we ordered As she drops the drinks off she the. Takes are order … again nothing complicated.. omelettes/over easy eggs/ pancakes (your basic breakfast )fast forward15-20min .. now at this point we are watching 40-50% of the tables around us get there food and drinks in a timely fashion, (including tables that were sat after us and left before we even got our food) as well as the turnover of the table go extremely quick,…. 20 minutes goes by… 30 minutes , 45 minutes and now we are over an hour waiting for our food, the food comes out, we are missing multiple items, orders are wrong and the worst part is it is cold , the omelette I had (ham and cheddar with peppers and onions) was cooked right but when I ate in the middle the cheddar cheese looked like it had melted and then cooled off and became a disgusting version of old cheese, the potatoes that both my uncle and I had tasted like they came out of a metal tin and sat under a heat lamp for 5 minutes and served to us, I am by no means a small guy and I love a good breakfast, I took 3 bites of my omelette and was too disgusted to eat anymore… the only one that actually enjoyed their meal was the 7-year old sitting with us because her food had chocolate on it…we explained our frustration to the waitress and she directed us to speak with the woman at the front… my Father in Law goes up to the front desk to pay and the woman that looks like she had been there since the dawn of time tells him, “it’s Mother’s Day, we’re busy”… not I’m sorry not is there anything else we can get you to replace the bad meals(we do not mind paying for the food, we went out to eat completely expecting to pay). absolutely zero remorse from the front cashier and absolutely no management was around to rectify the situation… DISGUSTING THIS PLACE WILL NEVER SER ANOTHER DIME OF MINE, MY FAMILY AND ANYONE THAT I HAVE or WILL...
Read moreWe waited 15-20 mins before our waitress arrived to get our drink order. Which wasn’t any concern. When she came back to the table with only water she stated she will take our order and bring coffee later as they sat her with 6 tables. We shared that we would like to get the coffee first. It went south from there. Another 15 minutes before coffee arrived. We gave our order. While taking the order her facial expressions screamed of sarcasm. People around us started getting their food that came in after we arrived. When asked she lied and said they only had yogurt and we got “country fried steak”. When she walked off we saw that wasn’t true.I asked a lady at the front to please look into our order. She went to the back. Our waitress came our and I asked again about our order. Her response was they are short staffed and the owner is aware” and rolled her eyes. She then shared that the owners brother was off after working 26 days. Unnecessary commentary. We waited a few more mins before going to the check out. The waitress then came out and said we don’t have to pay for coffee we can just leave. My husband wanted to alert the front desk to our waitress attitude. Who then began to argue with us in front of everyone. I have never been anywhere where staff/employees felt comfortable behaving that way to customers. We was there a total of 1 hour and 25 mins. We have been there many times. And have never experienced unprofessionalism like we did today. Unfortunately we won’t be back as her comfort level let us know she knew there wouldn’t be consequences to her behavior. That...
Read moreJust left here after breakfast with my family. Well, at least my family ate breakfast. We were seated in Amber's section. Amber was impolite, pushy, and overall, just made our experience unpleasant. After supporting myself by waiting tables for several years when I was younger, it pains me to trash poor amber by name on a review, but I'm starving, and she made it so I couldn't eat out of the kitchen.... after taking forever to come take our breakfast order, the food comes out in a fairly timely manner. I had just enough time to finish coloring the attached artwork. My order was incorrect, but I was unable to let tweaky Amber know because she sprinted into the kitchen after dropping the food off. When I finally get a chance to let he know about the miscommunication, I'm informed that this is my fault bc she repeated it back to me... maybe she did... I was busy coloring... so whatever, but the other members of my party assured me that I had ordered the hash Benedict Yada yada... Anyway, because of her response and nasty attitude, I didn't feel comfortable eating whatever was coming out of the kitchen next. I'm not saying anything was going to be done to my food, I'm saying that her attitude and behavior made me feel so uncomfortable that I could no longer...
