Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in South Carolina

This is by far the worst CFA I have ever visited. I have been to this location on numerous occasions and have had issues nearly every time, but my most recent visit was the worst. I placed my order at 10:25am for lunch knowing that I would have to wait a little longer since they transition from breakfast to lunch at this time. I did not leave with food in my hand until 11:00am, over 30 minutes later, and it wasn’t even the correct order. I noticed that people who ordered after me and had the same thing as me were getting their orders before me. After about 15 minutes I go up to the register to ask what was going on and I tell them my name, apparently one of the staff accidentally cleared my order from the screen without giving me my order. I was told that I’d get my order next as soon as the food was ready.. I continue to wait and more people continue getting their orders (the same thing I ordered), they had already forgotten about me. I go back up to the register after a few minutes, I am asked what I ordered, they return with a bag and apologize for my wait (OVER 30 MINUTES!!) for a spicy chicken sandwich meal. I leave and upon opening the bag I realize there are no fries and I didn’t even receive the correct order after all that time. I just left and decided never to visit this location again. The service is always slow, staff isn’t as great as your typical CFA location, and the food has never been hot any time I’ve gone. Very...

Terrible staff, slow and they don't seem to care about customers at all, they spend more time standing around than they do actually doing work. Shouldn't take 20 minutes for a plain chicken sandwich and a medium fry. The food is ok, but it's definitely not worth ~$8 for a plain chicken sandwich combo (a chicken patty with pickles and a cheap bun in a bag with some fries and a drink that's 75% ice). And then you can stand for 5-10 minutes waiting on a refill, eventually I just gave up and left. There wasn't even that many people waiting on food. The only redeeming factor for this store is that it's near my classes, but any of the three restaurants they got rid of for this one were better. Before, I could get a custom burger with curly fries, or a personal pizza or a custom sandwich, now all I can get is a soggy chicken sandwich and it'll take twice as long to get. Do yourself a favor, make your food at home and bring it in, it'll be cheaper, faster, and taste better. Here's an idea: brine some chicken breasts and roast them with salt pepper and oil, make some rice and broccoli, get 6 or 7 meals at maybe $3 or $4 a meal, and it'll probably...

From the multiple stories that my friends have shared with me, I just know that this guy isn't your regular Chick-fil-A worker. No, this guy goes above and beyond what is already considered amazing customer service. If you're lucky, you'll walk through the door and be greeted by this ray of sunshine. He seems like the type of guy that would travel across the continent to ask you how your day has been.
