I went in several times over the weekend. Only once did an employee offer to truly help me, even when it was slow. Several times I was overlooked or walked past to help someone better dressed. Most of the brands offered are not size exclusive (large being the biggest size offered and runs small/extremely fitted). Make sure to note their return policy is in store credit only. I mentioned to the sales associate that I'd return what didn't work the next day. She mentioned I had 14 days but never one mentored their return policy was in store credit ONLY and unfortunately for me the policy sign was hidden behind their giveaway sign. My 2 friends and I decided to go into this store when we were shopping yesterday. When we walked in we were NOT greeted nor spoken to by the employees downstairs. However, 2 minutes later a group of other girls walked into the store and they were immediately greeted and helped. We walked to the upstairs portion of the store and while we were looking around 2 employees came from the back and literally stood there and STARED at us while we were shopping. Literally watching our every move. We uncomfortably walked out of the store and there was still nothing said to us as we left. (Local reviewer) Great store! Cute/unique gameday outfits. Constantly rotating styles. Options for all ages and all budgets. It’s one of the very few stores in the area (the only store?) you can find upscale brands like Liverpool, Spartina & Spanx. Actually, I wish they would go more high-end and get rid of some of the cheap looking wear-once and toss items, but I suppose there’s a need for that in this town.
