I don't drink coffee, I'm normally just driving through with someone else who's picking up a drink.
But here are my observations as someone who is impartial.
The customer service is fantastic, they are always friendly, smiling when taking your order, and I've never heard of something being wrong.
The drive-thru process is a little funky the way the parking lot and drive-thru are designed.
But once you've gone through it, you get the hang of it
They have a customer loyalty program and discounts for members of the military.
There is some type of app they download on the phone to track purchases discounts and credits.
On some 10 visits since it's opened, there's never been a bad experience.
No one has ever complained about their coffee or other products, no one has ever complained about the cost, and always had great things to say about the staff.
Having driven people to the Starbucks right down the street, I can say observing the reaction of people at both locations clutch coffee is...

My first time at a CLUTCH and won’t be my last… please don’t change… she was kind, patient and genuine… the macchiato was superb! The best coffee is the coffee I make at home but when I don’t feel like it or don’t have the stuff… CLUTCH it will be… perfect name… to the guy who left a low rating… no reason to give them negative for something they don’t claim to offer… this isn’t a cafe or a coffee “shop “… it’s CLUTCH… again the perfect name… they offer great coffee and great service which for some of us that’s all we need and want… love that the manager/owner responds to ALL the feedback this speaks volumes of them. My husband and I would sit in the parking lot until we had to go to our next job (about an hour or so) mostly watching TV, chatting about our nights at work, UNTIL today!!!
