I have come to this establishment many of times, and every-time I come to this place they either seem like they don’t want to serve you, and I only get one thing in the menu (the nutty buddy) and every-time I do it’s always different. I had a watery one this past time and it tasted like it had no flavor. Other times I get it and it’s thick and very sweet. They just seem like they can’t get it right

I am gluten-free and dairy free and I try to avoid added sugars. All of their bases are just that. They have so many different options to choose from or you can make your own, which is what I always do. Yes it’s pricey at around $13 per bowl, but it’s a treat, especially if you’re out and running errands and need a snack. Always quality at this location.

Tried to visit this restaurant at 10:11am. The business was supposed to open at 10am. It was still closed, no lights on, and no sign. We were excited to try it for the first time and are very disappointed.

The girls working the front tonight were terrible. I brought my family down from Hendersonville & we were the last customers to come in at 7:30 so I'm guessing they just wanted to close up early and get out of there. Every single thing was wrong and the service was terrible. My wife ordered the unforgetabowl with açaí & no goji berries, my daughter ordered the fruitful with açaí & no goji berries & I ordered the dual craze with pitaya. Fiancé's unforgetabowl came out first, covered in goji berries but we figured it's fine we'll just pick them off. She then got down to the açaí and it was frozen solid. She took it back up to them and they said all the açaí is like that, so she asked if she could get pitaya and just scrape the topping onto that bc the açaí wasn't eatable being frozen. They said yea. Few mins later both my wife's and daughters bowls came up. This time they were yellow base, so obviously it was mango and not pitaya and covered in goji berries again. They decided to not say anything and just eat it but then the employee said my bowl was ready and called it a "fruitful" again with a mango base. I said "I didn't order this, I asked for the dual craze with pitaya" bc I personally hate mango & pineapple. She said "oh ok" and took it back. By this time it's 8:00pm closing time, I can hear the girls talking & banging stuff in the back room and laughing. Few mins later I get my bowl and again it's a mango base. This time I specifically asked "so are you guys out of Pitaya or something" and she said "uh yea.. we are. I thought you said Mango". At this point my wife's jaw is dropped bc between both of us we had said the word pitaya 4-5 times to this girl. Obviously I was upset but kept my calm as she didn't offer to fix, change or refund it.. nothing. So I grabbed my family and we left bc at this point I'm beyond annoyed. Threw it away outside on the way out bc like i said I don't eat mango. Paid $45 and not a single one of the people I bought for got what they wanted & I myself didn't get anything. Haven't had this bad of an experience anywhere in years.

It's as simple as communicating "we are out of pitaya" or "currently the only açaí we have is frozen" bc had we known we probably just wouldn't have ordered and saved ourselves $45 & a tip.

I hope the owner take this review into consideration to review the employees actions and fix this situation so it doesn't happen to anyone else. Nothing kills a business quicker...

I placed a large order online before business hours to be picked up 30-45 minutes after opening. Knowing only one person was working the day before when I came in, I knew that was going to be the case again. I’ve also worked in a small local restaurant so I’m pretty forgiving. My order was not even half way done when I got there at 11:10. I told the girl it was supposed to be done 40 minutes ago. She said, “I know, I’m here by myself.” Again. I get it. But no phone call or anything to let me know what time it might be done so I could choose a different restaurant option if needed. I waited another 30 minutes for my order to be complete. Nothing was labeled like I asked when I got there and she said she was doing that. We had a smoothie with no honey because of an allergy and wasn’t marked. The girl said she couldn’t do anything about it. I asked her to remake it so I could keep it separate. My smoothies were all melted. I found out when I arrived at the gym that half the kids were off the smoothies. One had spilled in the bag, ruined the bag, got all over the bus, my shoes, my shirt, my purchase, and my bag I was carrying into the gym. My biggest issue is the girl working could have cared less that my order was 2 hours late, I was late to a game, AND I couldn’t tell if what anything was in a 23 piece order. I would never suggest going here if you need a group order, or even a to-go order....

I was there mid day on Wednesday Feb 21 and ordered a fruitful bowl. I was glad I brought it home to eat as the physical bowl itself is so small, it's impossible to eat out of and I transferred it to another bowl. It was good in the moment but within 90 minutes I started feeling sick - nauseated and super bloated. I continued to deteriorate through the night and was very sick for 36 hours. I sent a message to the location directly to let them know what happened and they have not responded. Something in the preparation allowed bacteria into that bowl that made me very sick. I know it was the bowl as everything else I ate that day, others also had (at our house) and no one else got sick. The acai bowl was the only thing...
