Sorry its long winded. All I wanted was to get some food at 3am. However the confrontational Taco Bell manager needs either a new job in something else besides customer service and employee relations or... there is no other option. This store was a complete disaster, a total mess and it almost always is. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a day or more. and lets not talk about the back food prep area, how much of a mess and unhygienic it was! Now the unacceptable service. I have never in my life been treated and berated and yelled at by anyone in front of employees and another customer (an off duty Taco Bell employee) as I had this night by the pissed at the world Taco Bell employee/ manager. I was friendly and nice however when the order was bought out it was missing 4 items, the order was not even correct in the first place. After the other customer (an employee of that very same Taco Bell) placed her order I mentioned to the cashier/ manager that the order was missing items, I was flatly and obviously ignored. I stated this again and she just lost it, blew up and started to act out putting on a big show in front of her friend and employee and well, I'm not gonna stand and take abuse from anyone so an argument ensued. No one, let alone a paying customer should ever be treated like that so this little drama will be going up the Corp ladder. This became so heated from her side that the Pilot manager stepped in which we all know really means nothing and the angry lady was sent off to take her break which is apparently what she wanted to do when I walked in the door. It was as soon as I walked in the Taco bell that I saw she was already in a seriously bad mood and was in the process of berating an employee there. And because of this I made an extra effort to be nice to her because we all know that kind of job sucks and they already catch enough grief. So they finally brought the rest of the order and it was still missing one more item! So they can't even get their orders together. But what can you expect from a store thats a total wreck, I wish the health officials would have walked thru there that night, it probably would have been shut down. As a current Firefighter, Safety Inspector and former Deputy Sheriff, all I will say is they have a serious problem on their hands with that location and this is a fact. Every time I go there its unbelievable but its the only place thats open late at night where you can get food. One bright spot, the Pilot Manager was excellent and a real pro unlike the Taco Bell one. I will never go there again, it just keeps...
Read moreAmerica, we need to stop going to these fast food places, find an actual restaurant with real food to eat at! I know you can utilize your phones since you spend half the day on them!!!! Let me ask, not that Taco Bell will bother to answer. Party Packs, twelve regular Taco’s cost $22.00, the supreme pack costs $33.00, so to just add diced tomatoes and a sliver of sour cream and the price increases by a whopping $11.00? Looks to be a little excessive of a price hike for what is added. It’s almost like the chain decided to take what could be, ( and might still be depending upon the wealth of the family ) the biggest selling item for a family of 4 ( if they aren’t big eaters ) and excessively charge them for very little in return. Price gouge much?!? And yes, the ratio of workers and customers is way out of wack here. Particularly on holiday weekends, like Independence Day weekend 2024. Since your prices are extremely high, I hope your employees were able to acquire time and a half to be understaffed and dealing with a high volume. I mean, that’s the excuse isn’t it? Higher wages? Same thing for subway. If not, then don’t ask yourself why you have a high turnover and are unable to find good help these days. BTW, I’m sick and tired of food chains running on a covid level of service. That farce has been over for far too long to have continued for this long. The price hikes are too much. Didn’t buy what I wanted, so I bought from Subway. Of which there are only two options that I’m willing to pay for. I’m not poor, but I do have a budget. And paying $33.00 for 12 tacos isn’t in that budget. Heck, for that price, I could buy two buffets at a...
Read moreThe experience at this location tonight was beyond terrible. I visit here regularly and usually don’t have an issue, but tonight was horrible. I placed my order for two Gordita Crunches, paid, and waited patiently. I watched others come in one after the other with complaints. I overheard a very disgruntled customer say her entire order was wrong while the cashier was explaining to another patron that he couldn’t get a refund for his missing food because no manager was on duty. He was then told he couldn’t get any of the things he was willing to take instead because they were out of beef. Another customer comes in complaining that he was given chicken and he never ordered chicken. Apparently they were subbing beef orders with chicken or steak and not telling customers. So I asked, if my Gorditas were made since I have been waiting for about 15 minutes now. The young lady says “No because we aine got no beef. You want chicken?” I asked when was someone going to tell me after I’ve been waiting for so long. I hear another young lady tell a customer that it doesn’t matter and that she just had to get chicken because they didn’t have beef. Of the four employees working the only one who was respectable and apologetic was the cashier who said she was new and wasn’t told they were out of things. Definitely a very poor experience. I kept my receipt to return when a...
