Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

I placed an online order tonight through the website. It wouldn't process my order of payment. I didn't get a confirmation... The store manager would answer the phone and spoke so fast I couldn't understand him when he was putting me on hold. I didn't even know he was putting me on hold and when he did the call kept dropping for some odd reason. Then I demanded to speak to the manager and he said yes I will hold and I told him no... I needed to speak to the manager. He asked what the issue was and I told him that all I want to know is if they got my order as they got my payment. I just wanted confirmation... He said they have my order but didn't confirm my order before hanging up on me. I called back and I demanded to speak to an actual manager as a real manager wouldn't be so rude to a customer! All I wanted was a confirmation of my order is received and that was just the name on the phone. I literally told him he was being rude... And he wanted to go on a triage about how he's understaff and blah blah blah... I hate to be that person but I will be going to the general manager of the store... If that's him then I guess I'm better off...

After a long day of work I just wanted to feed my kids 1 they wouldn't deliver exactly to my room y'all know how it is after a long day at work and you just wanna feed your kids for those that does that, after explaining to me why I understood.... The driver was very nice when he got here and even told me to make sure I be careful... I didn't get his name I hate it. But customer service behind the scene I guest they had 2 managers on duty because when I called the first time trying to find out why my babies food couldn't be delivered to the room she was decent to talk to but then after getting the food and called back she sounded like she had a problem then put some dude on the phone to handle the situation.... BBQ CHICKEN PIZZA HAD ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN ON IT THEN WANT TO OFFER A REPLACEMENT ITS NOT ABOUT NO CREDIT ITS ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE FIRST PLACE..... I WILL STICK TO PIZZA HUT THATS WHAT I GET TRYNA CHEAT ON THEM.... As you can see ABSOLUTELY NO CHICKEN ON THE BBQ PIZZA THEN THE BITE YOU HAD SOME BIG AND SOME...

My girlfriend and I were staying in a hotel nearby. She placed an order originally only for us to call an hour later when the pizza showed delivered and we still did not have it. The manager “Red” told us “it’s on it’s way to you. Our system is having an issue” rudely and hung up. We call the driver only to have her tell us “I left it at the front”. They were trying to deliver it to the wrong room. We had them cancel the order and I then placed another order. 30 minutes later this order also showed delivered. I called to ask and the manager again answered and said “I cancelled that order and tried to call you” I had no missed calls and no voicemails. He rudely said “we don’t leave voicemails”. He told me there was nothing he could do. When I asked for the district managers information he said “I’m not going to give that to you” I told him I wanted something in writing saying both orders were cancelled and being returned. He said he was not doing that. After back and forth for a little while he hung up. Worst service I...
