Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

Recently ordered from Domino's on Shockley ferry road and had the worst experience that I have ever experienced ordering food from Domino's! We ordered three pasta bowls that were overcooked and hardly any food in them, we ordered a toasted oven sub that was hard as a brick and had none of the advertise ingredients that were on their website. Was given cheese bread that was flat and burnt and just horrible food. When calling back to the store to complain about our order, we were met with very rude employee who stated that they're not going to do this to satisfy our dissatisfaction with the food and the presentation of our food. We were met blatant disrespect and was hung up on by the employee working at that time. When ordering this food we were under the impression that we were getting at least a decent meal and wound up with a very burnt and very non-presentable meal. All of the food was just horrible, I think there needs to be some better management at this location on Shockley ferry road in Anderson South Carolina. Not very professional of the worker to hang up on a customer and not at least try to make amends to a horrible situation. I would not recommend this location and would highly recommend eating...

Well, they told me when I called and ordered 30 minutes to 45 minutes. I showed up in 30 minutes. They told me it would be another 10 minutes which is understandable because they did said 30 to 45 minutes, but then I looked at the timer on my pizza on the screen, and it said an hour, and I looked in the back, and the only person making pizza is not wearing gloves, just reaching in the cheese and all that with bare hands, no nothing to catch his hair from his beard or anything like that and it was going to be an hour before I got my pizza according to the screen on top so I asked them if that was correct time and she said yes an hour. I only ordered two pizzas and I was the next one in line and the guy in the back is just playing on his phone instead of making pizzas. Horrible experience do...

I Always order from this Store because it's close to my House never had an issue always tip when I can but Today I ordered 2Sprites wit my Delivery the Lady only delivered 1 I called the store back not even 4mins after I noticed 1Sprite..
