I honestly want to love this place because it's in a great building and looks very cool inside. Arrived the other night at 6:45 p.m. and was given a strange look by the way as he told me I'm sorry sir but we close in 10 minutes.. now, as a restaurant employee for the past 16 years I have certainly served my fair share of tables that have come in 10 minutes before closing but decided to just be nice about it and tell him I would catch them on a different time. Came in the next day a little after lunch and was told that since the bartender is not yet there no drinks can be made whatsoever.. fair enough.. I order a soda water and he offers me a ginger ale since he can't seem to find that which again is fine two ladies come in and order margaritas and he offers to make them I just found that strange. Again no huge problem.. these patient women wait probably 20 minutes while he goes and gets some tub of margarita mix, pours it into a glass and then pours tequila on top of it. Again just strange because a margarita is not just sour mix with tequila poured on top of it but also triple Sec and a lime but whatever. No chips and salsa offered again whatever maybe they don't do that.. went to order something from the menu and the waiter informed me that the price was one third higher than it says on the menu because it has changed.. I reconsidered and ordered something else which was decent I suppose.. just a very disjointed place. Several places on the menu are actually hand scratched out and a new price is written in which again I understand, prices go up and new menus are expensive but honestly would love to see this place flourish and hopefully it does because again it is beautiful and someone has obviously put a lot of time into decorating the place they should just probably make sure that they put just as much time into running an actual restaurant that can make margaritas, have actual menu prices that are correct, and have an actual functioning bathroom which did not or actually I'm sorry it had a sign on it that said do not close the door just again a very...

We had a pretty large group, celebrating a birthday. Our server took our orders at different times and out of order. We waited almost an hour to receive our food. He Never came to check if we needed refills in the meantime. We had to ask anytime we wanted a refill. When we finally received our food, it was all at different times. Many people received the wrong orders, were missing items from their orders, and some people just never got their food. We were very patient and understood that it could take some time but not this long. There was a large group ahead of us so we tried to be understanding of this but it was clear that there wasn’t enough staff to keep up with both tables. I asked repeatedly for my chicken patacón and was told several times it was coming. I got it almost 2 hours later. I placed my order at 8:06 and received my food at 9:55. I also placed a to go order, which I didn’t receive until 10:23 after we had all repeatedly asked for the checks and saw no one coming. I was asked several times what my to go order was as I suspect that they had forgotten about it until the last possible minute. And to top it off, they overcharged us by a few dollars, stating that “their prices are subject to change at time of payment”. The food wasn’t what we expected, the service was terrible, and overall it was a bad experience. Not sure what happened tonight but it left us not wanting...

from the moment i pulled up to this place i knew it was going to suck , there was barely any people eating here on a sunday afternoon , decided to try it out anyways and man was i disappointed , empanadas are definitely not what i was expecting , bandeja paisa was wayyyy off and ive never seen it served with chicken and pork ? shrimp with tostones were old like left overs , kids meals are not worth the money , i paid $7 for a kids chicken nuggets and fries and im telling you mcdonalds wouldve been better and cheaper , quesadillas are a joke and the only good thing was the dedos de queso , money not well spent , not coming here again !

UPDATE: I hope you can see the reviews response from the owner and see just how much of a joke this place is , i dont mind spending money for GOOD food , your food is just NOT WORTH THE MONEY , i come from NEW JERSEY where I KNOW what a good COLOMBIAN restaurant tastes like and what a COLOMBIAN DISH IS and your restaurant unfortunately is no where near , and we did leave a tip , just because your restaurant and food sucked doesnt mean the waiter didnt do his job , seems to me like the one who is mad here is YOU , customers are entitled to their reviews and instead of being HUMBLE and trying to better your place you get mad at the customer , how about you worry about bettering your...

I dont leave reviews often, but this place earned my time to leave this review. We stumbled upon this looking for a different Latin American place to try out. We like authentic style cooking vs the same old tex-mex you can get just about on any corner. Im not Columbian, and Ive never been there, so I cant speak to the authenticty vs food straight out of Columbia, but this place was fantastic. We could tell the food was made fresh to order, down to the chips for the fresh guac. They have a fresh made Aji sauce that was good on anything it went on. We had the don vincente columbian dish and the steak, shrimp and chorizo fajitas. Both dishes were excellently prepared and had new/ different flavors throughout the dishes. Everything was seasoned perfectly and the portion sizes left us both with half our dishes in to-go boxes to enjoy tommorow. Jonathan our server was a pleasure to talk with and the atmosephere had a fun vibe for a friday night with a DJ. We had a good time and i have already planned to go back next week to introduce my buddy to the Don Vincente Columbian dish. It might be the manliest Latin dish i have ever come across, with all types of protien done in different columbian flavors. Give them a try and lets keep this place around Greenville!

I was so excited to hear that we now have a Colombian/Mexican/Latin American food restaurant in the Greenville area! You will be amazed at their homemade chips and spicy salsa. The great thing about this spot is that they have lots of variety to make everyone happy. I went in and had their Don Vicente fajitas and my friend had their fried fish! Everything was so good we almost had to lick the plate since the food was gone before we knew it!

I've spent three years as of the time of writing this review seeking the best Mexican food in the area and this is it. Stop looking. Just go here. The food actually tastes seasoned and fresh. The service is great. The best margaritas I've EVER had since being in Greenville. I don't care whatever fancy high brow bar you've been too, I've been there too most likely and THIS place has the best ones.
