Eastside Bar & Grill — Restaurant in South Carolina

First time here. From Buffalo so always wanted to come here. Came to eat. The waitress gave us our beers and then we sat there for 25 minutes waiting to be helped. Servers were walking around and never came over. No one ever came to take our food order. Walked up to the bar to pay for our food and said we were never helped and they did not even try to recover. They did not offer anything. We paid and walked out. First and last time here!

I will add that the comment from Eastside is disappointing. Here is really what happened. When my husband went to pay the waitress that did not help us was standing there and quickly said I will take that - meaning the bill. She then said she got distracted, even though it was not busy. Never apologized. My husband said we wanted to eat and are leaving here to go eat dinner since we were not helped. The waitress said nothing and let us leave. We have been going here sporadically for the most part all was good. Stopped by here tonight and was greatly disappointed. Our bartender was very rude. (Not the little lovely older lady who was checking out of her shift when we got there). My fiancé asked if she was doing ok and she replied that she was very tired. I get that, but please do not treat customers according to how tired you are. My club sandwich was great but his steak sandwich was bread with a rubbery piece of fat. When we got our check - after ignoring us for most of the time - she stood there right in front of us as my fiancé counted his cash and calculated the tip - very uncomfortable. Ordered some fried fish with mac and cheese and green beans as well as boiled peanuts and motz sticks through bitesquad. To say the least dont waste money on this place. I shouldve known the food would be sub par as its a sports bar. The fried fish was soggy, had bones in it, the mac and cheese claiming to be home made was luke warm and tasted like it was more than a few days old.
