Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Carolina

One star because dunkin food and coffee is universal it’s gonna taste and be the same everywhere but this specific dunkin can never get my order right. I’m not the type to ever review businesses but i go there and receive the wrong order more than I do the right one anymore. Every time I go there they always mess up my order. specifically always giving me the wrong donuts or when I order different coffees they can’t tell me which is which when giving it to me so I have to taste test them to figure it out. On top of it all the workers are always miserable and you're the one asking how are you and saying have a good day not them! Specific example of a very rude employee: gave me two different coffees i asked which was which she said it said it on the cup so I look at the cup and they both say the same thing and when I tell her that she says idk then and slams the drive thru door when I didn’t even get to start my sentence. Thank goodness they put the Starbucks right up the street they are at least nice to there customers and smile and tell you to have a nice day back Unlike Dunkins employees. please get some better workers in here I enjoy dunkins coffee and donuts very much but sadly will stop coming to this specific location because I keep paying you guys to give me the incorrect orders and a...

A few minute's before 8:00 this a.m., I ordered and was handed my Credit Card back saying it would only allow @ $10 of my $16 total order. Since I was in the drive-thru, I was courteous, and jokingly handed the attendant my BofA debit card for the remaining $6. Strange occurence--- The initial Credit Card I used is set up to Push Notify me of any Charge to the Card. I rec'd that Notification @ 9:00,and the Full $16 Charge was initially processed. I guess the addn'l $6. is maybe a "required gratuity" ?? Tried multiple times to reach the store through my Google search ,but no one will answer, and of course Voicemail isn't set-up on the number.

Oh Yeah, The Order--

I ordered 2- Bacon & Egg Bagel's in my order, but regrettably had 2-Biscuits with Bacon & Egg. The dog's at our place thought it was Christmas again.

Haven't been to this store in well over a year...and I live near the lake less than a mile away. Oh well, lesson finally learned I guess.

This is the only dunkin within a 20min drive from lake wylie/clover. This is by far the worse dunkin that I have to experience. I place mobile orders, the staff never greats customers, they are never welcoming or have nice attitudes, and it takes forever to get someone to acknowledge your existence.

They place mobile orders out of reach of customers, which would be fine, but they ignore people until we have to say something. I have been there waiting and not a single person said hello or asked the name for my order. So if they don't want to talk to us then leave the mobile orders where we can grab ours. Our names are on them when we use the app.

I hate leaving bad reviews but for 3 years this has been the worse place.

Rock hill leaves their mobile orders out so you can grab and go and they always say hello. Tega cay always has a quick friendly drive thru, even gastonia staff when they were short handed and only 2 people there during a morning rush said hello and asked if we were there for a mobile...
