This place is very unprofessional. By far the worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever experienced. This place is full of Gremlins. Expect when you visit this location for it to be like a ghetto reality show. Tyra the manager now is extremely rude, sarcastic comments, jealous behavior, She is not customer friendly at all. She thinks she owns this restaurant by the way she treats people. It's a ugly scene, cursing out customers and talking about customers to other customers while they are still in the store. I have been rudely disrespected at this store on several occasions. I work for doordash. I came here to pick up an order for doordash. Needless to say that after about an hour of waiting for this order a policeman had to get this order for me. Restaurants can have you trespassed for no good reason at all and that is a policy that needs to change. All they have to do is not like you and that is not a good enough reason to trespass someone. You should at least have to do something illegal, break some rules or something to be trespassed from an establishment. Don't dare come into this restaurant looking your best. The women that work here can't handle seeing you at your best. The staff here consists of a bunch of jealous hateful women. I was told that the owners of this restaurant allow Tyra to get away with murder and it shows. There was a GM in the restaurant at the time. He is a member of the LGBTQ Community. He sat back and let Tyra and all the other associates run around and act like fools. His response was he had nothing to do with the disrespect Tyra and associates were displaying. He said he was neutral and was not going to step in and say or do nothing about her lack of customer service skills. This is really troubling. You would think that a person from the LGBTQ community would not allow someone to treat another someone with rudeness and disrespect because they have fought so hard to not be disrespected and treated with dignity. Unfortunately not this guy. He totally ignored all the chaos that was right in front of his face and did nothing. When a Dasher is sent somewhere to pick up goods for a customer, the store is sent a picture of the Dasher and the Dashers full name before they arrive. Tyra knew I was coming and so did the GM and all the other staff. They planned to treat me with disrespect before I arrived. This could be a great Dunkin Donuts because the restaurant itself is nice. The restroom is dirty. The staff is sloppy, and outrageously rude and disrespectful. Of course they are smiling in every man's face that enters the restaurant but they have a problem with attractive women. Complaints reported to Dunkin Corporate about this restaurant does not reach higher management because Tyra...
Read moreI typically grab a coffee at the drive-thru at the Dunkin Donuts on Lucas Street in Florence every morning. However, today (12/9/20) I decided to go inside. While all of the employees I could see did have masks, none of them were wearing the masks correctly. The mask were either under their chins or worn covering their mouths but leaving their noses exposed. I asked the manager - whose mask was under her chin - if the store had a mask policy for employees. She said yes but that she could not wear a mask because she had a breathing problem and would pass out if she wore it over her nose. I let it go there because if the manager doesn't demonstrate appropriate behavior, there's no reason to expect the employees to demonstrate it either. All of that said, I have no doubt that we are in a pandemic. I know people - young and old - whose live have been shattered by it. I believe the owners of this franchise know the pandemic is real and take it seriously or they would not require employees to wear masks at all. It's about doing everything you can to give your customers confidence that they are safe buying your products. The manager of this DD clearly does not take that requirement seriously or believes it doesn't apply to her.
I threw out my coffee on the way out of the store. I didn't bother to ask for a refund. I invested $2.52 cents learning that I can no longer trust what used to be my favorite coffee shop. I hope something is done about this. Many other shops closed down in the face of the pandemic. Those that elect to stay open - like DD - make a compact to maintain their customers continuing support. We'll keep coming if you make sure your employees follow your own simple but essential...
Read moreI WOULD HAVE LEFT "ZERO" STARS IF THIS DIDNT REQUIRE ME TO LEAVE AT LEAST ONE! I SENT MY DAUGHTER RACHEL UP THERE FOR MY ORDER AND SHE OVERHEARD FRANKIE (THE SHIFT MANAGER) ALONG WITH ALL OF THE OTHER STAFF MEMBERS TALKING TRASH ABOUT HER SAYING "WE'LL REMAKE IT JUST TO MAKE HER FEEL BETTER" FRANKIE SAID THAT ALL OF THE OTHER MANAGERS WERE GONE ON A TRIP AND THEY WILL BE BACK NEXT WEEK SO SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE I COULD TALK TO WHEN I CALLED. SHE TOLD ME THAT MY CHILD HAD NO REASON TO COME HOME CRYING FOR WHAT THEY SAID. SHE WAS VERY RUDE TALKING OVER ME WHEN I WAS EXPRESSING MY FRUSTRATION ABOUT MY DAUGHTER CRYING FROM WHAT SHE OVERHEARD THEM SAYING. I ASKED FOR A TELEPHONE NUMBER TO CORPORATE AND SHE SAID "YOU CAN CALL THIS NUMBER AND I WOULD HAVE TO GO ONLINE TO FIND A NUMBER TO HEAD QUARTERS" SHE ALSO SAID "WELL I AINT ABOUT TO ARGUE WITH YOU CAUSE YOUR DAUGHTER HAD NO REASON TO CRY" I WILL NEVER SEND MY CHILD TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! I WILL ALSO NOT BE BACK OR SENDING ANYBODY ELSE THERE! DUNKIN DONUTS ON LUCAS STREET IS THE WORST LOCATION IN FLORENCE! AND I SURE WOULDNT ADVISE ANYONE TO SPEAK TO FRANKIE THE...
