Dunkin' — Restaurant in South Carolina

I have not been please with this place and I've tried it over four times but at least I was able to get my coffee the way that I liked. No one ever speaks to you either when you're coming in. yet this time around I was not able to get my latte with cream and Splenda (keto) which I've been doing for the past 7 years. He then proceeds to tell me that the cream cruds nah it FROTHS THAT being said it more expensive they do not have to worry about my business anymore. I'm just glad there's just one down the road and those people down there...

All frosted donuts stacked on top of one another which made a huge mess as everything melted on to each other. My iced latte cup had a huge slit in the side, when brought to their attention I received an attitude and watched as they poured it into another cup. They made the wrong flavor refresher despite the sticker on cup that said which kind was ordered, again an attitude was received. I will no longer visit this location. I’d rather go out of my way to another location....

They don't do what corporate wants. They run out of everything by 2pm I asked for the district managers number but general manager refused to give it. I waited 25 minutes for my food it should of only taken 2-3 minutes for my food. I was a district manager in CT for years this Dunkin is slacking in management.
