Five Guys — Restaurant in South Carolina

Big decline on the quality of food for the price you pay for the food. I am from California home of five guys. That being said this food quality at this location is super poor in the quality and amount of food you get. It used to not be this way. The cheese burger I got was flat squished flat no mayonnaise ketchup or tomatoes or onions nothing but meat and cheese. This location was dirty looking run down. Service was more of that they don’t want you to dine there but grab your sack of food then leave. I asked two times that my meal was to dine in and not take out and my meal was still thrown in a paper sack to go. when I mention to the same employee he put my meal in a bag and not on a tray to dine in the restaurant he tells me “oh it’s all the same”??!! Another words employee didn’t care what I said he was going to do what he wanted not what I asked which was a tray to eat there. Burger was completely flat nothing in it but the meat and cheese no mayo no mustard ketchup onions pickles nothing! Fries are 5.00 dollars for a small fry!! Plain cheeseburger is 11.00 dollars! No drink no fries just the burger. It was a sad example of a burger also. Never again going to pay 17.00 dollars for a burger and shake. Going to Wendy’s or the other hamburger place from Santa Barbara. You can tell this place looks like it will be shutting down in 6 months just by how dead it was in there and how dirty and neglected. Lack of consistent quality will sink this location just like it did Burgerfi, which was here before. I've eaten at this Five Guys location several times since it opened and the quality has not been consistent. My latest visit sums it up. The shake cup was 3/4 full. The hamburger was raw (purple) in the middle. The fries were under cooked. I would have had the burger remade but was too far down the road to turn around so I threw it away. I don't want salmonella. The staff was very friendly and would have gotten 5 stars if the woman who took my order didn't act like I was inconveniencing her and the woman assembling the burgers wasn't constantly yawning over the food. I guess if the raw hamburger didn't get me sick whatever was falling out of her mouth would have. A comment on previous visits. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. I've gotten fries where they barely filled the cup and didn't dump the extra in bag like all other Five Guys. Their fries tend to be consistently undercooked. At least the overall restaurant is clean. I'll give it another try otherwise, I'll drive past it and go to the Blakeney location. Now that's a well...

I have ordered online several times and they always wait to drop the fries at the designated pickup time, causing a wait time which could easily could be avoided. I don't want to wait, which is why I order online. Just want to pickup my food at the posted pickup time and go. When placing an online order, the pickup time is posted 30 minutes after the order is received, more than enough time to cook the fries. I don't care if my fries are piping hot when I pick them up. I would rather have my order ready to go when I arrive and the fries be cold. Maybe the answer is to not order fries or just...
