I went to this Panda Express drive thru tonight with my family. We ordered a bowl with noodles and orange chicken, a plate with rice, orange chicken, and walnut shrimp, and crab Rangoon. The cashier at the window had a weird tone in her voice that made me think “I hope they didn’t do anything to my food.” I told myself I was being ridiculous and went home and ate dinner with my family. I felt fine all day, but about 20 minutes after eating my stomach started to feel off and it just kept getting worse as the night went on. I’m writing this at 11:45 at night after just throwing up all of my Panda Express. My family seems to be okay… the only thing I ate that they didn’t was the shrimp. I’m not going to say the staff knew something was off before giving us our food because I can’t prove that. But I will say I learned two things tonight 1. trust my gut and 2. never eat at this Panda Express again.
Update next day 9am - was up until 3 am sick and I still feel awful. My child ended up getting up complaining about stomach pain as well. We shared all the food except...
Read moreNo - this isn’t an authentic, fancy, five star restaurant, but for Americanized Chinese food it’s the freshest and tastiest place for Chinese takeout in Indian land.
We’ve gotten takeout numerous times since they opened and it’s been hot and fresh every time. The walnut shrimp and Beijing beef are my favorite, my spouse enjoys the orange or sesame chicken, and my kids really love the lo mein noodles. Apparently Panda Express had a corporate overhaul a few years ago & redid their menu and ingredients and it really shows. (It’s called Panda Promise apparently) prior to this Indian land location opening the last time I had Panda Express was in a mall over a decade ago and it was not good, this place however is truly tasty. The shrimp is decent sized and actually deveined (not like half deveined like many Asian places), the chicken is white meat and tender, and the...
Read moreThis Panda Express in Fort Mill, SC is hands down the best one near the Charlotte region in my opinion! The energy is always vibrant—they greet you with a loud and friendly “Welcome!” as soon as you walk in, and the staff is consistently upbeat and welcoming.
The food is always fresh and flavorful. I ordered the Bigger Plate with double Orange Chicken, one serving of Beijing Beef, and fried rice—and let me tell you, it was yummy! Everything was hot, well-seasoned, and tasted just how you want Panda to taste.
Don’t forget to use the Panda Express app to rack up points and rewards—it’s worth it if you come often! Just a heads-up: drinks are sold separately, so make sure to add one if you want it with your meal.
Highly recommend this location for fast, delicious Chinese-American food with great vibes and...
