Hardee’s — Restaurant in South Carolina

I reviewed this place before and it was not a good experience. At that time they needed more help. The Mgr was working in the kitchen and trying to run the front counter at the same time. . The food was good but the service was very slow. I hoped they would hire and train more people. I usually pass thru early on the weekends and experienced the slow service on several occasions. So I went to the other restaurants . Well today, I decided to revisit Hardees.The Districr Mgr, who is usually coming out of the back from the office, is running the front register, assisting the drive thru clerk and complaining about how her 4 workers in the kitchen have run out of biscuits. When I arrived 1 couple was waiting and a man entered complaining he was parked and waiting and there are 5 more customers now in line.Too many new people for the Mgr. to be on the register. Now she had to leave the register if there is an issue in the kitchen or drive thru. Glad I wanted...

Visited on 5/8/24 around 1:30 pm. Went thru drive thru while traveling to Columbia. The server at the window definitely did not win the "Customer Service of the year" award. I ordered a burger, and drink. When I left and got on 26 I opened My bag to find no straw for my drink, and the bun on the burger was molded. When I took a sip of the drink, it was flat, no carbonation. By this time, I was to far up I-26 to turn around. When I got to a phone and tried to call the unit, there was no answer and no way to leave a message. Who ever owns this franchise, surly has NO regard for their customers... DO NOT stop at any Hardee's in Orangeburg SC. They are all owned by the same snotty franchise owner. This us NOT the first time I have had the same problems, I was just hoping after reporting the issues a year ago, they would have corrected the problems...obviously NOT....

So first off I got to say the lady up front that was working the window drive-up window was very sweet she'll also was pretty cute

It's seriously was some of the worst fast food I've ever had in my whole life the amount of catch of a mustard I had on it was actually worse than McDonald's if you can believe that petrified meat how do you burn fast food meat so whoever made the food suck they honestly should be fired and not even work there anymore and I definitely definitely do not want any free food from that place ever don't even bother the whole meal was something I want to want anybody to eat I had to end up throwing it away and I don't like to throw away money play advice not eating there oh and if hit me up if you want to hook up sometime I'll take you on a date or something wherever...
