Hardee’s — Restaurant in South Carolina

Please pay attention to the menu versus what they rang you up for. I have visited this location every morning for the last 2 weeks. What I have noticed over the past few days is that they will take it upon themselves to upcharge because the restaurant only has one size cups. I understand that there is a shortage of items all over, but at least have the decency to inform the customer and let them make the decision if they want to proceed with the order.....they don't practice this level of integrity at this location. The past two mornings, I have caught them doing this and bought it to their attention; however, this morning was the worse interaction. The shift manager up charges to me a medium drink; but clearly the cup is their typical small size....I know the difference between their sizes because I've had both. When I bring this to the managers attention she attempts to go back and forth me, but to make matters worse an employee who is working at the front counter also walks over to the drive-thru and goes back and forth with me. They literally ganged up on me because I called them out on their unethical practices that has been clearly taught to the employees at this location. All I wanted was a cheese burger with lettuce, tomato and onion on sourdough. She asked do you want a Frisco. I said no I don't want any bacon. I got a Frisco and no cheese. I gave it back to her. She apologized. Asked me to drive up. I went inside. I saw her check my sandwich. She put it in the bag. And assure me I was taken care of. I was distracted with a call. Get home. I get the same dry sandwich. No cheese. So I called, Spoke with the not so bright manager Malik who wanted me to bring the sandwich and the card it was paid with back up to the store. Why? He actually thought it was funny. He kept laughing which I thought was rude. Me coming back and having the sandwich made a 3rd time was not an options. I told him that he can remake another time. Went through the drive thru after work about 6:10pm, not busy, 1 in front of me. Ordered the beef nachos & beer batter onion rings. Waited for the one in front of me, then my turned. After I paid cash for my order, I heard the hot grease (guess that's when they put them in, not when I ordered. Took 4-5 minutes or so. No problem. The problem was when they handed me a small bag with the nachos standing on end with the onion rings next to them. I laid the bag down so the nachos wouldn't leak out since they were standing on end instead of laying flat. I drove the 2 miles home, opened the bag to find the bag was wet with holes in the bottom from the nachos. Then I realized there was no plastic wear or napkins or a receipt .
