This store is not well staffed. The supervisor was very upset with the front operation associate. The associate may or may not have made mistakes resulting in consecutive refunds. However, never chastise an adult in front of customers; has she gone mad! Appears that the refunds were due to the long wait time because this store previously received a large order that was difficult to fulfill. Either way, the management method that the supervisor is implementing will make it difficult, if not impossible, to keep staff in this store or keep the current team motivated. Had I been an employee and the management spoken to me in that same demeaning manner, I would have walked "the hockey sticks" out. On the bright side, excellent thin crust vegetarian pizza! The front operations associated displayed remarkable patience while under intense pressure. Waiting area full, delivery drivers waiting, telephone ringing, and a steady stream of cars coming to the drive thru window. Pizza ER; next reality show, maybe? That front associate was awesome! Read moreI haven’t ordered here in a few years but since they changed all the workers I thought to try them out again . Feb 2 I did an online ordered for a large classic Italian sausage pizza with a Pepsi . When I arrived they had no Pepsi, but it wasn’t a big deal because she let me get any soda that I wanted and the pizza looked amazing and taste great ! Today feb 9th I ordered the same thing just without the soda when I arrived, the sausage was not sausage. I stared at the pizza for a while, unsure of what to do. She asked me what was wrong. I told her that this does not look like sausage, and she began to say that this was the new sausage that they had. I chanced it, took it home to the family. Nobody liked the pizza and I had a few complaints that it was uncooked. I have a one year-old baby boy he eats everything. He didn’t even eat the sausage he picked them off and gave them to me. I think the customer should know when they get new items into the store or when you run out of something and you don’t have it the customer should know that ahead of time Today was not a good experience.. At the 30 minute mark a manager came to me and gave me two coupons worth 5.00 each due to my wait. This is what we all should appreciate. This is good customer service and appreciation of the customer.
As I waited I observed a male employee pressing dough using a press machine and then manually fitting the dough into to the edge of the bake pan. This was an interesting process and he looked like he was enjoying his job. However, he kept pulling his mobile phone from his pocket, answering it, having a very short conversation, and then going back to work. This concerned me due to the fact most cell phones are absolutely nasty. An employee handling a food item should not be touching their cell phone at anytime during the food preparation process.
