Same story with every Hardee's in the state. Went to the drivethrough, ordered two mushroom Swiss burgers with fries. This was around 4:30 in the afternoon. There was one other car in the drive through when I arrived and literally zero in the parking lot. After fifteen minutes of staring at the brake lights of the guy in front of me and listening to the woman "working" the drive-through talk to her man on her cellphone without doing anything to move the line, I gave up and drove off. I really don't know why Hardee's has a corporate policy of exclusively hiring people who couldn't do a passable job hitting a button at the city dump, but I do know that whatever the reason, it's cost them more business than they seem to appreciate. I haven't gone to a Hardee's in at least a decade without receiving the slowest and most unpleasant service imaginable. It came awfully near to blows at the Swansea location once after a full hour of waiting for a five piece chicken tender. Really just take your money elsewhere. This company as a whole does not deserve your business much less...
Read moreThis morning I stopped by your store [1501760] at 9:39am and was very pleased with the girl working the counter. She was very polite ,courteous, and pleasant to speak with. I think her name was Princess but I'm not sure. She could teach customer service for the rest of your stores and especially the store at 96 Arrowwood Rd. in Columbia. I went there the other day and the bald guy behind the counter asked my order and as I told him he would look away and not make eye contact through the entire conversation. This was done repeatably. I said never mind left the store and went to McDonald's up the street and spent my money! If I am a paying customer willing to spend my money at you restaurant and I am not disrespectful, I expect to be treated politely and with respect. The Arrowwood location should be shut down , I will not return to it. The girl at 3014 Charleston Hwy. needs a promotion to the cooperate offices to teach...

My complaint about the number of missing tenders in my order was dealt with by a belligerent manager who refused to discuss the issue, refused to count them and simply stated my grandson had eaten them. I assure you, he did not. In 73 years of life, I have never been accused of being a liar and a thief or treated so disrespectfully. Even in this time when rudeness is so common, this woman went far, far beyond acceptable. She is not fit to serve the public. I must believe that the fact that there is no way to speak to someone on the phone about a complaint says something about Hardee's. My complaint was filed online but I don't expect anything to happen. So, if you enjoy rudeness, insults and disrespect, visit this store. As for me, it just ain't my thing.
