Horrible experience. The manager on duty was at the register and his customer service skills were not good at all. My friend and I ordered the buffalo crispy colonel sandwich as I was introducing her to it. The sandwiches (and my wedges) came out old and overcooked. I asked the manager on duty to make us fresh sandwiches, which should have been how they came out anyway, and he walked away without apologizing or saying anything. Eventually, he came back and said our new sandwiches were on the way. After 20 minutes of waiting, the sandwiches finally came out and while they were certainly hot and fresh, they barely had any sauce on them but we didn't even feel the need to complain any further. During the time we waited for our sandwiches, we saw the manager have to return money to two different customers, we heard the girls working in the back cursing loudly and complaining about people in the drive thru, we saw customers come inside to make orders and have to wait to be greeted or acknowledged AFTER the manager and those on duty were done with their personal conversations. It was truly a circus. Very unprofessional. As one of the ladies waiting for her food pointed out, "they are running this place into the ground already and they JUST opened this location." If they canāt allow pickups via drive thru, then I cannot order from this place again.
It isnāt my loss either. Plenty of other options in the area.
UPDATE I walked in and my order is sitting on a pickup shelf on the checkout counter, SEVERAL FEET AWAY from the drive thru employee whom by the way was texting on her cellphone and not doing anything.
