Saturday 11-12-2022, I ordered online and was coming to the restaurant to pick up my order. I saw this young man helping an older lady get her order in at the kiosk. The way he dressed, and he was patient and polite with her I thought immediately he worked there. Well, there were two other people already waiting for their order and the elderly lady that was just helped. I saw two people at the counter waiting on their order and the kitchen staff of three maybe four people working in the back. As I stood there that young man looked like he was browsing the menu when another person came in after me to pick up a mobile order. The manager immediately said, "You have to place your orders from the kiosk." Then while the young man was standing there he said in a nasty way to that young man "Move you have been at that kiosk 5 times today, and you are not getting anything." I was appalled. How rude. If I had not been picking up a mobile order that my brother paid for then I would have walked out and canceled my mobile with customer service. Then the young couple that was still waiting on their food gave that young man around $8 in cash to get something to eat. He went to the counter and told them he wanted to place an order and he was told to go to the kiosk. He showed him cash and said he only had cash he told the young man to go walk through the drive-thru because he was not taking the order inside and only taking cash orders through drive-thru. All he had to do was to take the order and take the cash in the drive-thru drawer and everything be fine. If the man didn't have money and was asking, I don't agree but understand why he said that. However, this time he showed him where he had money and wanted to place an order. That hurt me so I know it hurt that young man. I said at that point, f that is the type of management and service you have I don't care if it is with door dash I will never accept an order from them and I will not order from them again. I will drive to the Spears creek location first. Please help them understand the perspectives of people on the other side and signs of acknowledgment and understanding even without giving stuff away is imperative and change the perspective and atmosphere of that location. Truly I wish that service could be better. At any moment anyone can be in his shoes. How would they feel? That is an important fact in true...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWas astounded at the rudeness of the woman taking my order in the drive thru...she acted like i was putting her out or imposing on her by ordering. I didn't even have a special or complicated order. When I got to the window and asked to speak to the manager so i could let her know how her customers are being treated...the manager was the woman who took my order. Ridiculous. Also, my sandwiches looked like they were prepared by a drunk toddler, and my burger patty was cold and so were my fries. I ordered a chicken sandwich, a whopper, small fries, mini cinnamon rolls (which came WITHOUT the icing they are supposed to have) and a strawberry milkshake (whose strawberry flavoring was VISIBLY only in the top half). It took 23 minutes to get my food after i placed my order, but they were not busy. Completely dead actually, not one other person came through the drive thru OR walked inside while i wss there. The restaurant is attached to a gas station, and their shared parking lot had literally three vehicles in it the entire time i was held hostage in the drive thru...she collected my money and immediately disappeared until i got my order what felt like centuries later. I have never posted a review of a restaurant before, positive OR negative, but this was so bad i felt the need to warn future potential customers so they can avoid the same awful experience. Next time ill take me 15$ to McDonald's and get three times the food, and itll be at least room temperature...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give this location zero stars, I would. I went through the drive thru on November 17th and there was a few cars in front of me which was no biggie. However, those cars pulled out of the drive thru without ordering. Iāve been to this location multiple times to know when cars start leaving the drive thru that the associates inside arenāt taking orders, but I decided to wait and see if the one car left in front of me would be able to order. I had my window down and waited for 30 or so minutes to only hear the woman in front me asking if they could take her order. The associates inside clearly had their headsets on and were conversing with each other saying that they were not going take any orders or something to that extent. After hearing this I decided to drive around the building to see that they had no customers in there nor did you see any BURGER KING workers.
This location has had this issue multiple times since the beginning of COVID where they āsilently quitā and refuse to do their jobs. I understand being short staffed and needing to catch up on previous orders, but when you clearly have no other customers than the ones in the drive thru, you should be courteous enough to ask for the people in line to hold or post a sign or something. It would also work out better not hear the conversations between staff members over the speaker and ignoring...
