On week night entered the taco bell only AFTER my friend asked if we could still enter the building to order food (as it was late). The cashier was a very sweet girl who told us yes it was okay. She had just finished taking someone else's order and was in the middle of taking our order when a very rude slim caucasian girl with blondeish hair who was running the window started to raise her voice and say some explatives at the cashier for letting us in the door and then raised her voice at us asking us rudely to leave. My friend stayed behind and asked to talk to the girl from the window telling her it was rude and uncalled for for her to raise her voice at the cashier and if no one was allowed to enter the cafe past a certain time then someone should have locked the doors. She proceeded to swear at him and yell at him to leave.
I don't know who this girl was but I wish I would have went back to personally report this rude, degrading, unsafe, and uncalled for behavior to a manager.
To be honest what irritated me the most about this night was not our experience but instead how this girl treated her fellow employee. Raising her voice, swearing at her in a degrading way for doing her job... It was something completely uncalled for. It's something that I would fire this employee for on the spot. It's something the cashier never should have had to deal with at all. Read moreThis Taco Bell has gotten 3 of my last 10 orders correct, and all 3 of the correct orders had 3 or fewer items in them. The most recent 2 failures have prompted this review.
Previously, around 1am, I was told that there's no food left, and was sold 3 items for $9, with one of the items ending up wrong somehow anyways. There were 2 employees inside working, and 2 young people sitting on the curb next to the drive thru window eating and smoking.
Most recently, the one time I forget to check my bag before going home, they got 2 items wrong and didn't give me 2 other items. The manager I spoke to on the phone was understanding and asked me to come get them replaced. When I arrived, that manager was no longer present and I had to re-explain the situation to someone else. The new person seemed indifferent, or even skeptical (I can't blame them - I wasn't given a receipt and more than half my order ended up wrong). After waiting for the replacements, I was handed my new bag with a "there you go" (no apology at any point from either manager). I checked the new bag, and one of the replacement items was still wrong. She took the bag back, took the wrong item out, modified the item to correct it, and handed the bag back to me again without any apology or explanation.

Three weeks later and they’ve gotten worst!! They sent me broken taco shells and added cheese when the description clearly had the requested ingredients. The Mexican pizza was more burnt than ever and it has a strong chemical smell AGAIN! THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE INVESTIGATED BEFORE THEY CAUSE SOMEONES DEATH! That oil HAS TO BE ILLEGAL!!! Shame on the folks working in this place.
I have been ordering from this location for about a year now and they get my order wrong almost every single time, all the way down to the soda! I don’t believe they change their oil often and it makes the chips and Mexican pizza shells taste like chemicals. Most of the employees are unprofessional and not customer friendly. They keep their phone off of the hook which gives the impression that they don’t want to help (Call now and the phone will be busy). It seems like the people who work here don’t care about customers or food quality. When I order thru doordash, I always order two options because it’s almost always guaranteed that they will get my order wrong so I’ll at least have one thing to eat when they do.
