Upon entering the store staff did not greet me or my family. The layout of the store was nice and neat. It is a mix between dollar tree/general and Five & Below. Nothing too special or unique. When we went to the register to check out the "cashier" stood there and did not say a word. We were not aware of how their self checkout process worked and only figured it out because of what we saw the customer in front of us doing, not because it was explained. I said to the associate, "Y'all don't speak to your customers?" And she said I spoke to you when you came in the door. A line started forming behind us and one of the customers realized their was another register on the other side and asked if she could use that one. The associate told her yes. Yet never offered the information to the customers that their was another register to use and never spoke even while seeing there was a line forming. I asked her where do I see the prices of the items I am ringing up and she said it shows here and pointed to a screen that was "supposed to turn around to face the customer but was broken." After a week of being open equipment is broken?...

I went into this store and a young gentleman was asking a question and the worker was not friendly at all and didn't show good customer service. When you looked at her there was no smile she looked mad, irritated and like she didn't want to be there or even like dealing with people. I was about to make a purchase and pick up an online order and an item was missing and I was asking about it. The same lady responded so rudely with an attitude that I needed to correct her and let her know I understood what she was saying. I had to find out what her name so when she approached me bc I needed a refund and after this experience put back what I was going to buy I saw her name tag that said Cathy. Management need to replace or retrain her because she is a horrible reputation...

Not bad.. Hadn't been here or heard of it B4..it really is like a upscale dollar general or 5below...this location was very clean, most of the staff write masks out pulled them up when talking with guests... The one downfall that I do have is that there are no clear marks that state basically every register is a self checkout except for if you're paying cash there's no instructions or anything and if you need help you can press a button for an associate to come but they probably won't hear it because they don't give them any type of notification system or anything that lets them know that a guest needs help.
