Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in South Carolina

We were around 18 hours from home, we were staying at the quality inn in Columbia SC. We were there for basic training graduation for a family member, anyway. We ordered a pizza online from little caesars on decker boulevard was suppose to be delivered by a Tara, my daughter was outside our room waiting for the pizza, we received notification our order was delivered, we never received our food. I went to the front desk the guy said only pizza that was delivered was about an hour before and said the room number, nope wasn't us. So obviously if driver didn't know where our room was she could have went to the office. We called them and they wouldn't do anything about it no refund, nothing. They even supposedly call the girl that was suppose to deliver the pizza but she wouldn't answer. They said it's our fault because we didn't put a phone number in, there was no place for a phone number, but come on, they are maybe 1 mile away from the quality inn and they couldn't figure out where to bring the pizza, when the last person that ordered from there their pizza person went to office to ask where the room was they needed. What kind of business won't even offer to refund a person's money and blame it on them that it's their fault they didn't get their food!! I would give zero stars if I was able to, worst experience ever and very rude. Even called some 800 number they have and that lady was also very rude. We were all so tired nobody wanted to go anywhere but my daughter and I went to a place called Checkers, they were awesome, they were super busy, so it took a little longer but it was worth it, the food was awesome and so were...

I called and ask what are the specials for today , I ask about 5.99 pizzas he said we have them when you order 2 or more , so I ordered a pepperoni, thin crust and pepperoni and sausage, thin crust. He ask how will you be paying I said debit card , he did not give me a total ,he said 8 to 13min they will be ready. So when I got there he ask my name , which I did not give on the phone just my number , then he pulls 2 pizzas and show me then totals it up for $32.00 I have some college but and public school educated but 2x5.99 does not equal $32.00 I told the cashier, I ask was these my pizza and what ordered he said we don't have that special any more , then quoted me $32 so I said I was expecting to paid $12 to $13 dollars , he had I so I don't care what u expected but I need $32 dollars for these Bro. Now I when my volunteer behind went to Afganistan to fight my country and the peace and freedom that this little boy has. He did not try to get a manager or supervisor to help with this problem basically was all well to keep from Throwing those pizzas off the counter and I told him I can get pizza somewhere else thanks Domino's great customer service. I have to say this Pizza 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 The Three Meat With E cheese Is So Good Best Tasting Pizza Since Domino Chicken And Beef With Parmesan White Sauce 🤤 Soooo Good Oh Yeah I Forgot Spinach Too, That's Delicious too Since A Friend Turned Me On But Don't Run Out The Cheese Can Get A little Much. Getting Back To This Taste Like The Right Amount Of Every Ingredient Was Perfectly Prepared Crust Toasted Not Burned Or Undercooked Imma Add This Up There With Fuel Pizza In North Carolina, Chicago Pizza Downtown Columbia Wish I Could Give Them A 10 Star .
