It truly saddens me to write this review i had two bad experiences in one week in drive thru, first let me make it clear i will never revisit this hardee's again, the women who work the drive thru in the mornings attitudes stink, no respect for themselves nor others, this past Thursday in the Am basically i was refuse service because i sat at the speaker 16mins and couldn't get waited on so with the line backing up i pulled to the window to see why no one was taking orders only to be told to go to the back of the line and wait again! that didn't happen! so Sunday morning i went thru again placed my order got to the window paid and was told to pull around to the front and i did only to sit there 22 mins while cars were lining up behind me in the front and the two women who took my order come out the door with their personal food bags got in their vehicles and left, so when the orders were brought out my order still wasn't ready the cars behind me received their orders and the young lady told me she'll be right back out with my order only for me to sit their 5 more minutes, so i got out my vehicle when in the store, only to learn they didn't even know what i ordered, the two early left without seeing the orders filled, So sad this the sorriest Hardee's i've ever dealt with if people would stop spending their hard earned money with folks likes these who don't even appreciate the fact we keep them with jobs! then we would get treated with respect, why not just shut the doors, so dis tasteful, So if you value your family as well as yourself stop support business who don't value you! enough...
Read moreI'm not very fond of this particular one. Because of a past bad experience. I had ordered hot dogs but they looked horrible enough that I want concerned with eating it. But because I ordered through drive thru. And had already heading to my destination. I took the loss had decided not to come back again.
What brought me back today?? Well, I'm a T- Mobile customer. Every Tuesday They give away all sorts of gifts and prizes to thank their customers. We (Myself and my son) were awarded free sausage biscuits. Which once you click on the link you only have 5 min to redeem them. Due to certain health conditions I chose to Send my adult son in to collect the sandwiches showing both our phones for proof. The cashier thenonly gave him one as refused the other after he'd already clicked thelink to activate the5min count down. Essentially making him miss out on the FREE deal that we as TMobile customers are entitled to. So, of course I'm not happy with having to go in my bad health to try to have them accept the offer because she wanted to make things difficult for my son holding two phones one pink and one green. To redeem 1free sausage biscuit each line. When it was simpler to just make this a separate order. Just like I've done without problem at any other restaurant offer by TMobile. I really would like this store to work on their customer service and food...
Read moreHas the worst service of nearly any Hardees I've ever been to, so management literally must not care. This is the south, and this is the only Hardees location (that I've been to) that never bothers to make sweet tea, even though I can see the tea cannisters sitting there, ready to be made. 4-5 times I've been through and they just say "sorry we don't have it "right now", so they clearly aren't even bothering to make it, ever because I get this same response EVERY TIME. This morning, the worker did not remotely bother trying to be polite, was rude and short, and informed me there was no coffee at 7:45 AM, yet they also didn't offer to make any, or apologize for any inconvenience. Just "do you want a drink or not" when I tried to ask about it. I've been through several times(really hoping I just went on an off morning or something and that it's not that bad) but unfortunately, it's almost always this bad, so I finally decided to say something here. I hate that this location is so bad, because usually Hardees has the best biscuits, but the service absolutely does not justify it so I will be going down the road to Bojangles from now on. Management/Owners, please pay your staff better so they actually want to show up and take care of...
