I live 5 minutes from this place. Came in around 8:30 and put in an order to go because the phone number was busy multiple times. Sat at the bar waiting on my food for the entire wait. The bartender who took my order never asked if I wanted a drink or anything. The only service who spoke to me was the gentleman behind the bar that was stocking and possibly the manger. He asked if I was good? Too which I replied yeah just waiting on a to go order. He walked away before I finished my statement. Around 8:45 the bartender put the bag infront of me that had sat on the glass freezer for at least 5 minutes it has 24 wings in it. She was shocked to find out I was missing the two basket of wing chips I ordered and the other 24 wings. I had to remind her she wrote 2 baskets at the top of my ticket. 5 minutes later the other 24 wings came out and sat in front of me while I waited until 9 for the two basket of wing chips. During this time, I got my bill and they auto attach a 10% gratuity to my bill. I don't understand why I am paying for any service worthy of a tip because there was none. But I paid with no complaint because I heard their food was good. Drove the 5 minutes home and opened the boxes to find that both wing chips boxes were the same portion size as a side of chips. When I sat down to eat the wings were disgustingly cold and so were the chips. When I tried to call and informed them the line was still busy and called their other location in irmo to get help. They told me they couldn't help with anything that involves the cayce location. I worked as a bartender/server in a large college town for 5 years and each issue I pointed out in my review is something I would not allow. Crazy thing they still had a spot at the bottom of their receipt to leave additional tip. If the management wants to check the legitimacy of my experience, check your cameras 6/27 8:30-9 for the big guy wearing long sleeve green shirt...
Read moreWell, buckle up, buttercup! Let me tell you about the hidden gem that is Lucky's Bar and Grill in Cayce, SC. It's the kind of place where the burgers are as big as your head, and the smiles from the staff are even bigger.
From the moment you walk in, you're hit with that homey feel-good vibe that says, "Welcome, friend!" The decor? It's like a sports memorabilia explosion in the best possible way. Jerseys on the wall, sports on every screen, and let me tell you, the atmosphere during game time is electric – it's like being at the stadium but with comfier seats and a personal waitress!
Now, let's talk grub. The menu is a smorgasbord of all-American favorites. Their wings? So good they'll make you wanna stand up and salute. And the burgers – oh, the burgers! They've got a burger here called the "Royal Flush," and if burgers were poker hands, this baby would be beating a straight flush at the World Series.
But wait, there's more! The beer selection is like a who's who of brews. They've got everything from your classic lagers to those crafty crafts that the hipsters love – all served frostier than a snowman in a blizzard.
And the staff? They're the real MVPs. Quick on their feet and even quicker with a joke – they treat you like family, only without the awkward Thanksgiving dinner conversations.
Let's not forget the sides. The fries are the perfect combo of crispy and fluffy, and the onion rings are so good they'll bring a tear to your eye – and not just because they're onions.
Lucky's Bar and Grill is the place to be. It's where good food meets great times, and where every meal feels like a touchdown. So, grab the kids, grab the wife, and head on down to Lucky's – where every night is game night, and everyone's a winner!

Read moreThis place is awesome. It's clearly a locals favorite watering hole. Pool tables, good sized bar, seating at booths, lounge area... Just what it needs to be, nothing more, nothing less. They do daily specials off of the regular menu which I was stoked about, the first night I got the fried pork chops, and the second night I got the beef tips. The entrees were amazing and the sides were ALL delicious, especially the collards. They have several local girls running the place who were all energetic, very friendly, fun to talk to, and clearly happy to be there. All four of them made sure to remember my name and use it when acknowledging me, even though they were very very busy. This place is awesome. I will be working in the area again next week and I can assure you I will be at Lucky's every single night for dinner and a cold beer! The local clientele is proof that Lucky's is doing everything right, the atmosphere was loud and exciting, not because of chaos, but because people were happy and having fun. Everyone in the place was having a loud happy conversation and it was a melting pot of diversity. I love finding little gems like Lucky's and can't...
