Google plus their app states that the restaurant's curbside and drive thru open at 5am every day and takeout opens at 5:30am every day. Not once have we ever had someone help us at the drive thru before 5:30am and curbside at 6am. If that's the case then Google and their app should reflect as such. Now, today October 29th, 2020 my husband goes up their at 5:45am because he knows he can't go inside before then and he's in a truck that doesn't fit they drive thru. The doors are locked and the only person he can see was on the phone the entire time he was there. He had to be at work so he couldn't wait any longer and left. He then had time on the way to a service call to stop back by. We had placed the order via the app. He goes up to one door and it's still locked and no one is coming to unlock, so he goes to the other door and there is sign saying they now won't open the lobby until 8am, that's fine but why doesn't Google and the app say that and why is the sign not on both doors? Then he decides I will just push my order thru and choose drive thru, drive my truck around and get out and walk up to the window. Nope when he goes to push the order thru it tells him the store is closed. Wow, really? Then the app shouldn't be taking orders at all. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever encountered. I honestly don't k ow why we still go here. Probably because it's less than 5 minutes from where we live. We dine here at least once a week and sometimes, oftentimes more. They mess up your order and do not listen when you're telling them what the issue is. My son's burger wasn't right and neither was my change. The next time, I'll just ask for the Manager from the start because the young lady at the window couldn't understand why i was having a problem. When I asked for the Manager so my issues would be resolved, the young lady at the window handing out the orders got an attitude with me and spoke out when the window closed. I looked at her and said "I heard every word you said, and I'm not a B!+@$, I just want my autistic son's food order to be correct. You would expect the same. Have a nice day!" Two cars in front of me have not ordered and three or four on right have not. We wait. When I finally get to the menu after a couple minutes the person states we are not taking any orders at this time. I say what. She says we are not taking orders that I could wait or leave. I advised I've already been waiting about ten minutes. She says no you haven't its only been 2minutes I see you on the cameras. Well She was right I only had been at the menu board where you order, but I had been waiting in line about ten minutes to get up there. I know there are shortages of people to work. But to say I'm a liar, and to just say leave, not buisness. I've waiting in the line and then pulled up and waited thirty minutes before.
